1 Tender invitation No. 003/ November 2014 In accordance with Brazilian government regulations, the Administration Section of the Embassy of Brazil invites companies to participate in the tender process for: The provision of internet service connection for the Embassy of Brazil and website hosting (from 1 March 2015) at the Embassy of Brazil premises, Cockspur Street, London SW1Y 5BL. In case your company accepts this invitation, please: a) First step: 1. Submit your quote electronically, by 3 pm on 19 December 2014, for attention of: Secretary Winston Alexander Silva winston.alexander@itamaraty.gov.br katia.canhetti@itamaraty.gov.br 2. In submitting your quote, ensure that the quote summary forms shown in appendices 1 and 2 are filled in full. Page 1 of 5

provision of internet service connection for the Embassy of Brazil and website hosting (from 1 March 2015) at the Embassy of Brazil premises, 14-16 Cockspur Street, London SW1Y 5BL.

2 3. Ensure that all prices you quote are inclusive of VAT. 4. Submit proposals based on one and also three years agreement. 5. In submitting your quote, be aware that price adjustments must not be applied throughout the term of the contract. 6. Your quotation must include a backup line. 7. Your quotation must also include all of the details listed below: Internet service connection Option 1: 50Mbps Synchronous 16 fixed public IPs and Option 2: 100Mbps Synchronous 16 fixed public IPs Website hosting Domain: Include in the quotation, payment costs related to hosting services for the company WordPress, to be arranged by the company that win the tender. (Domain: / date of renovation: every 30 January.) Desirable: Web hosting WordPress Premium.
