1 Chelsea Desk Vanity PRE-ASSEMBLY: Please read all instructions before beginning assembly. Two-adult assembly is recommended. Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware. Avoid the use of a power drill as it may cause cracking. 2 Q- Large Metal Knob (4pcs) R- Small Metal Knob (5pcs) TOOLS REQUIRED (but not included): Phillips Head Screwdriver ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. On a soft, scratch-free surface, such as a carpet or rug, remove all the parts from the boxes. Determine the desired location of the piece and prepare all parts there before beginning assembly. 2. Determine the desired location of the Left Pedestal (A) and Right Pedestal (B). Insert the exposed screw of the Legs (J) into the pre-drilled hole on bottom of each corner of the pedestals; turn clockwise until tight. 3. With the help of two adults attach the Center Drawer (C) to the pedestals. Have one adult hold the Center Drawer (C) to the Right Pedestal (B) while another adult inserts 6, Flat Washers (M), Spring Washers and Hex Bolts (K) through the pre-drilled holes inside of the Center Drawer (C) and into the pre-drilled holes on the Right Pedestal as shown below. Tighten using an Allen Key (N). Repeat for the other side of the Center Drawer (C) and Left Pedestal (A). 2/6

3 4. Place the Desk Top (D) onto the top of the assembled piece aligning the pre-drilled holes of the Left/Right Pedestals (A&B) with the pre-drilled holes of the Desk Top (D). Insert a Flat Washer (M), Spring Washer (L) and Hex Bolt (K) through the pre-drilled holes of the two pedestals and into the pre-drilled hole of the Desk Top (D), as shown below. Tighten using the Allen Key (N). ATTACHING THE MIRROR WITHOUT USING THE SMART HUTCH: 5. Align the bottom last two pre-drilled holes of the Wood Cleats (I) to the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Drawer (C) as shown below. Insert a Flat Washer (M), Spring Washer (L) and Hex Bolt (K) through the pre-drilled holes on the Wood Cleat (I) and into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Drawer (C). Tighten using the Allen Key (N). 3/6

4 6. With the help of a second adult align the top six pre-drilled holes of the Wood Cleats (I) to the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Mirror (H) as shown below. Insert a Flat Washer (M), Spring Washer (L) and Hex Bolt (K) through the pre-drilled holes on the Wood Cleat (I) and into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Mirror (H). Tighten using the Allen Key (N). ATTACHING THE MIRROR USING THE SMART HUTCH: 7. Align the bottom last two pre-drilled holes of the Wood Cleats (I) to the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Drawer (C) and the next two pre-drilled holes to the back of the Smart Hutch (E) as shown below. Insert a Flat Washer (M), Spring Washer (L) and Hex Bolt (K) through the pre-drilled holes on the Wood Cleat (I) and into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Drawer (C) and the back of the Smart Hutch (E). 4/6

5 8. With the help of a second adult align the top four pre-drilled holes of the Wood Cleats (I) to the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Mirror (H) as shown below. Insert a Flat Washer (M), Spring Washer (L) and Hex Bolt (K) through the pre-drilled holes on the Wood Cleat (I) and into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the Center Mirror (H). Tighten using the Allen Key (N). Please Note: There will be two extra predrilled holes on the Center Mirror (H) when using the Smart Hutch (E). 9. Attach the Left Mirror (F) to the Center Mirror (H) by inserting Wood Screws (O) through the holes in the hinges of the Center Mirror (H) and into the pre-drilled holes of the Left Mirror (F). Tighten using a Phillips Head Screwdriver as shown below. Repeat with the Right Mirror (G). 5/6

6 10. Attach the Small Metal Knobs (R) to the drawers on the Smart Hutch (E) and the top drawer of the Left and Right Pedestal (A&B) and Center Drawer (C) by holding the Small Metal Knob (R) over the pre-drilled hole in the drawer front and inserting Knob Bolt (P) through the pre-drilled hole on the interior of the drawer and into the Small Metal Knob (M). Tighten with a Phillips Head Screwdriver. 11. Attach the Large Metal Knobs (Q) to the remaining 4 drawers by holding the Large Metal Knob (Q) over the pre-drilled hole in the drawer front and inserting Knob Bolt (P) through the pre-drilled hole on the interior of the drawer and into the Large Metal Knob (M). Tighten with a Phillips Head Screwdriver. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Avoid direct sunlight and excessive temperatures. Dust often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth. Slightly moisten cloth with water. A damp cloth holds dust and prevents scratching. Waxing is not recommended on lacquered finish. 6/6
