3 WEDDING COLLECTIONS Starting at $3800 Included in every Modern Love Collection: All Day Wedding Coverage: We don t put a time frame on documenting your wedding; we know the day will unfold as it should, not always on our schedule. We are committed to creating an intimate documentation of your love story that you will cherish for life; we take our time and we let your day take its time. Our all day coverage is defined by arriving 15 minutes before the bride is hair and makeup ready for the traditional ceremony and we stay to document your love story until the last event such as cake cutting and garter bouquet toss. All of Your High-Resoltuion Images: All wedding collections include your high-resolution digital files with personal printing rights for the couple. A Complimentary Local Engagement Session: This times gives us the opportunity to earn your trust, teach you how to take great pictures, get to know one another and deliver to you, GORGEOUS images of you in love. A Complimentary Boudoir Session: What better way to celebrate your marriage than by taking GORGEOUS, sexy photos for your groom. Trust us... it s the perfect gift. 9 HOW TO BOOK. In order to book we require a 50% retainer fee plus a signed contract to reserve your date. We accept cash or check for all wedding commisions. CA state sales tax will apply.

11 Sample Day of Schedule. We are looking forward to your upcoming wedding! Because your day is so important to us we have put together an example of a wedding day schedule for you to use as you plan your day. We find this helps to create a seamless and stress free day that adequately allows for maximum photo coverage. Once you have finalized your timeline please send us a copy to studio@modernlovephotography.com DAY OF WEDDING SCHEDULE 10:00am Hair and Makeup Begins 2:15pm Modern Love arrives for the last 15 minutes of bride s hair and makeup touches 2:30pm - Bride hair and makeup ready. Shots of bride getting dressed + photographs of the wedding dress, shoes, bouquets, details, bridal portraits and if time allows individual bridesmaids photos. Concludes with family seeing the bride for the first time in her wedding dress. 2:30pm - If a second shooter is booked in your collection or added on they will be with the groom at his getting ready location. Detail shots of groom getting ready, shoes, watch, grooms portraits and if time allows groomsmen individual portraits. 4:00pm - First look between bride and groom + couples portraits (45 minutes) 5:00pm - Wedding party portraits with all bridesmaids and groomsmen (30 minutes) 5:30pm - Bride is tucked away as guests begin to arrive. Photography of the venue setup and details 6:00pm - Wedding ceremony begins 6:30pm - Family portraits to immediately follow the ceremony (bride and groom s immediate families-parents, grandparents and siblings) while guests enjoy cocktail hour. Please allow approximately 3-5 minutes to setup and photograph each grouping. Guest portraits and candids as cocktail hour draws to a close. If you do not have a first look in your day than please leave at least 30 minutes (ideally 45 minutes) for a group bridal party portrait + couples portraits. 7:30pm - Wedding party + bride and groom s introductions to the reception followed by first dances and dinner. 8:45pm - Dinner concludes with toasts and cake-cutting followed by dancing photos and candids 9:15pm - Photography coverage concludes
