2 Germán López Espinosa Academic Director. Master in Banking. Associate Professor of Financial Accounting at Universidad de Navarra, Pamplona. He earned his M.A. in Auditing at Colegio de Economistas de Alicante and his Ph.D. in Universidad de Alicante. His research emphasizes the link between Banking, Finance and Accounting. His work has been accepted in a variety of journals, among others, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Stability, Accounting Horizons, Journal of International Money and Finance, Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and European Financial Management. He teaches Advanced Banking Accountancy, IFRS and Topics in Economics and Finance II. He has published three books of Advanced Financial Accounting.

3 Ignacio Ferrero Muñoz Professor of Business Ethics at the University of Navarra. He is a member of the Academy of Management and of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN). He has been Visiting Scholar at Bentley University in 2010, 2011; at Harvard University 2011 and at NotreDame University (Mendoza College of Business) in He has published several books on the History of Economic Thought and articles on Business Ethics. He has published La mano invisible al descubierto. La economía de mercado (2006) and Es útil la economía? Una mirada a los Premios Nobel (2007). His main research work on Milton Friedman's economic policy earned him the prize "Victor Mendoza" of the Instituto de Estudios Económicos (Spain) and the Extraordinary Doctoral Award. He is currently working on the concept of virtue and common good in the firm; and on the leadership and innovation. He holds BS in Philosophy and in Business Administration (University of Navarra), and a PhD in Economics (University of Navarra).

4 FACULTY Antonio Moreno Ibañez PhD in Economics from Columbia University since His research is in the intersection of Monetary Policy, Macroeconomics, Banking and Fixed Income Finance. He works on theoretical models as well as a broad array of empirical applications in these areas. He teaches Applied Economics II, III and Macroeconomics II.

5 Maria Rodriguez Moreno PhD in Finance from University Carlos III of Madrid since She is Assistant Professor at Universidad de Navarra. During her PhD she was involved in a 1-year research program at the European Central Bank (ECB). She has published research papers in the Journal of Banking and Finance, International Review of Economics & Finance and the Quantitative Finance. Her papers have been presented in various international workshops and conferences and her lines of research are focused on systemic risk, credit derivatives, bond markets, risk management, housing and portfolio choice.

6 Sergio Mayordomo Assistant Professor in Finance at the University of Navarra. He received his PhD degree in Finance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from CEMFI and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III. Prior to his current position, Sergio was Economist at the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also been visiting researcher in several international institutions such as ECB, UCLA, and Columbia. Among the grants and prizes Sergio has received is the 2012 Best Doctoral Thesis Award UCEIF Foundation, the PhD Extraordinary Price at Carlos III University, the Best Paper Award AEFIN 2011 Edition of the Finance Forum, and a Special Mention in the National Prizes to the Best Student obtaining the degree in Economics. He has published research papers in Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, and Journal of International Money and Finance, among other journals. His lines of research include credit derivatives, household finance, financial stability, systemic risk, and mutual funds.

8 Lenos Trigeorgis Professor of Finance at King s College and has been the Bank of Cyprus Chair Professor of Finance at the University of Cyprus. He previously taught at leading international universities, including Boston University, the University of Chicago, Columbia University, MIT, the University of California at Berkeley, and the London Business School. Professor Trigeorgis has earned a doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard University in Professor Trigeorgis is considered a leading authority on capital budgeting and strategy, having pioneered the field of real options.professor Trigeorgis is the organizer of the Annual International Conference on Real Options (now in its 17th year) and President of the reputable Real Options Group. 9 Jorge Soley MBA from IESE Business School and Bachelor of Law from the University of Barcelona. He is an authority on issues related to the supervision of banks (Basel Accords) and insurance companies (Solvency Standards), credit assessment policies for businesses, and the regulatory and compliance activities of financial institutions in general, including the shadow banking industry. He has extensive experience in financial matters and the management of financial institutions in particular. For 20 years he was CEO of Banco de Europa.In 2006 he became the first director of compliance at "la Caixa." Among other positions, he has served as president of Telefónica Factoring Spain and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Telefónica Factoring Brasil and Telefónica Factoring He is a Board member for several subsidiaries of "Caixabank." 10 Óscar González-Peralta Oscar González-Peralta is lecturer of business ethics at IESE Business School. He holds an Executive MBA from IESE and a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza. González-Peralta has been a teacher of business ethics at the Universidad de Zaragoza and the Universidad de San Jorge since the late 1990s. He combines teaching and research in various educational institutions with senior management positions in national and international companies in sectors such as financial services, (company and real estate valuation), consultancy (management control, corporate culture and governance) and manufacturing, especially in the telecommunications industry.
