4 4 Key Facts Winner of Best UK Airport Travel Weekly Globe Awards 2014 LBA has been the fastest growing regional airport in the UK over the last 5 years 3.3 million passengers flew via Leeds Bradford Airport in 2013 LBA saw passenger numbers grow by 11% in financial year 2013/14 Following on from the 11 million passenger terminal development in 2012, a further 1.2 million has been invested in 2014 in parking, transport and security facilities LBA has direct flights to over 70 destinations, including hubs with onward worldwide connections (Heathrow, Schiphol, Dublin and Copenhagen) Over 2,700 staff work at the airport across 50 businesses
