5 ROLL FORMING 5 C.N.C. Roll forming machine starts from sheet metal (blanks) C.N.C. Roll Forming machine starts from coil Two roll bending technology provides you one Model TT2 A Model TT2 B Model TT2 A PERFECT ROUNDNESS without flat area. Machine is equipped with a C.N.C. control system which allows you to roll bend round, oval and polygonal shaped tubes. Sheet metal is loaded with one or two stacker area can accept one, two, three, four,... piles of blanks. Machine can be also supplied with manual feeding. Two roll bending technology provides you one Model TT2 B PERFECT ROUNDNESS without flat area. Machine is equipped with a C.N.C. control system which allows you to roll bend round, oval and polygonal shaped tubes. Material is loaded starting from coil in connection with a cut to lenght machine. TTEngineering designed the FLEX FORMER TECHNOLOGY world wide patented together with C.N.C. control you can produce different materials in a renge with thichness between 0,2-1,5 mm max lenght 1550 NO TOOLS CHANGE. For different range we can propose other solutions. The pipe is perfectly round With the FLEX FORMER you can cover thickness from 0,2 to 1 mm and ø range from 75 to 400 mm - max lenght 1550 mm in option thickness range from 0,3 to 1,5 mm and ø range from 120 to max lenght 1000 mm. The loading of the material can be made directly starting from coil or starting from blank. Line is automatically feeding the material, roll bending, transferring, welding and unloading towards others equipment of finishing. We experienced and integrated the most important LASER present in the market, with the application of different power and technical solutions. Productivity and quality is very high. Model CST Automatic line of production with tig welding technology Also those lines has been studied with similar approach the CSL is as above described where the only change is the welding source: TIG technology of new generation. Reliability of those machines is very high. Model SL 400/600 Automatic machine with laser welding technology Those machines has been studied for production where the loading/unloading of pieces is manual with possibility to work the following sizes and lengths: - diameter till 400 mm over a length of 1550 mm - diameter till 650 mm over a length of 1550 mm We experienced and integrated the most important LASER present in the market, with the application of different power and technical solutions. 7 TUBE 7 Automatic machine with tig welding technology Model ST 400/600 Those machines has been studied for production where the loading/unloading of pieces is manual with possibility to work the following sizes and lengths: - diameter till 400 mm over a length of 1550 mm - diameter till 650 mm over a length of 1550 mm This type of machine is similar to model SL 400/600, but with the only change of the welding source which is using a TIG technology of new generation. Reliability of those machines is very high. Special production lines (laser/tig technology) We ve installed worldwide, special production lines for working several type of materials, diameters and length of tube, OVERTAKEN ALL THE EXISTING TECHNOLOGICAL LIMITS. That was possible thanks to the strong ECONOMIC and TECHNICAL effort that TTENGINEERING is promoting to build that kind of solutions, always with more innovation and matching our customers needs. Production of welded tube is an union of three different technologies: - CUT of the material - FORMING (roll bending) - WELDING (LASER/TIG/PLASMA) Our equipments are executing those processes in a very safe and optimal way, utilizing the most modern technologies available in conjunction with our proved know-how, capability and experience in study innovative solutions and build it with high TOP class. Materials we tested and worked are the following: - Stainless steel AISI type 300/400 - Stainless steel AL 29/4C - GALVANIZE - ZINC ALUMINUM / GALVALUME - ALUMINUM - COPPER - MILD STEEL Variation in diameter, in length and in thickness is remarkable (just to give you an idea we manufacture lines which are working and welding the diameter 75 mm - 3 inch - over a length of 1550 mm - 60 inches - with a thickness of 0,3 mm - 0,012 gauge). Productivity is very high and is depending on type of machine you consider. Technical Information

8 8 TUBE Model CSS NEW automatic lines of high production pipe from ø 40 to ø 400 x 2000mm These lines were designed for the production of pipes with ø range from 40 to 400 mm, thickness from 1 to 2 mm and max lenght of 2000 mm. Line can produce multiply pipes at the same time. Accuracy of pipe is very high. This solution was possible thanks to "new patents" designed by TTEngineering. Welding technology can be LASER or TIG. Technical Information - ø pipes from 40 to 400 mm - thickness from 1 to 2 mm (also on ø 40) - max lenght up to 2000 mm - high productivity

9 THIN WALL THICKNESS 9 Automatic lines model CST/CSL or tube mill machines Special automatic machines Automatic lines model CST/CSL or tube mill machines Model PTD/CST Model PTD/CST Production of pipes with thin wall thickness is requiring special technology approach both for continuous forming and two roll forming, and in the welding area too. These machines are basically "tailored" looking at the production needs of customers (end-user). TTengineering builts machines covering ø range from 12 to 200 mm and thickness range from 0,15 up to 0,30 mm. Special automatic machines TTengineering has an important experience in manufacturing and design special machines for industrial automation and for technologies of welding as but welding and/or overlapping. Most of manufactured pieces are for the automotive industry. TTengineering special "experience and skill" was dedicate to develop and produce thin wall thickness from 0,15 to 2 mm with variable materials. Technical Information

10 10 ELBOWS Model PCS + SCS ÒWorkcell for the production of but welded elbows Model PCS Automatic workcell for the production of the welded elbows. This line is studied for: - a very high production speed - fully automation of each operation - welding of elbows with different inclination angles - just one operator MODEL PCS First machine (see picture 1) is preparing the sector flanging (we can accept and start from any kind of cutting technology). MODEL SCS Second machine (see picture 2) is welding the sectors together. Model SCS Technical Information The working diameter range is from 80 to 400 mm and thickness from 0,4 to 1 mm. Material to be work can be stainless steel AISI 304/316. The tools changeover is very fast. The production speed of the machine for a complete 90 elbow (with 3 sectors) is 80 seconds Including manual loading/unloading by the operator.

12 12 3D CUTTING Model TOP 600 Laser Model TOP 600 Plasma Model TOP 600 Robot Model TOP 600 Automatic machine 3D laser cutting Automatic machine 3D plasma cutting Robotic workcell 3D cutting This machine was developed to reach a very HIGH DEFINITION during the 3D cutting of tubes while maintaining a high quality surface in the cut area. This task is accomplished with the following three state-of-the-art machine components: MECHANICAL ELECTRONIC (use of the state-of-the-art electronic control system available in the machine tool business today) SOFTWARE use friendly software deploying touch-screen icons. The machine capabilities are compliant with all standard tube ranges in the Chimney and HVAC tube industry. Tube features included in your drawings may be uploaded for programming from a connected media device (Personal computer, hard drive or CD). The NESTING of cut pipe is INCLUDED. VERY IMPORTANT NEWS AUTOMATIC UNLOADING for the cut pieces. The automatic unloading operation save time and therefore translates into higher productivity. While the operator is placing pieces into packaging the machine is already cutting the next pipe. This is a TTE patent. NOTE: this machine can accept both PLASMA or LASER (CO2/YAG) cutting technology. For both cutting sources TTE tested with the world s best suppliers. We built FULLY AUTOMATIC/ROBOTIC WORKCELL For LOADING/UNLOADING of pieces. Technical Information Our machine can work pipes with a range diameter from 60 up to 600 mm. Length of pipe to be work is 1000 mm on the version TOP 600/1 and 1500 mm on the version TOP 600/2. We can work the following materials: Stainless steel (AISI 304/316/430/etc) Mild steel Galvanize/Galvalume/Zinkalume Aluminum Copper Thickness range between 0,3 mm up to 2 mm.
