21 General Information regarding Aqua Beaute Spa The Aqua Beaute Spa is a Relaxation Spa Venue. All menu treatments are available for both Women and Men customers. The treatment times do not include consultation, changing, and shower time. Hotel guests may access the Spa in the comfort of their bathrobes or room wear through the 3 rd floor walkway from the main facility of the hotel. Please bring your own toiletries and make up supplies as required. Please refrain from using cell phones in the Spa. Contraindications Please fill out a health check form and make sure to inform our Spa Receptionist if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities. Your esthetician will have you complete a contraindication check list before your treatment. Please be advised that if there are contraindications, the treatment may be changed or cancelled. If you have any type of skin conditions (atopic dermatitis, burns, cuts, and etc.) the treatment may exacerbate the condition. Please inform your esthetician before starting the treatment. Please do not consume any alcohol before undergoing treatment. Treatment Time For aromatic treatments, there is a complimentary 20 to 30 minute consultation. Reservations Due to the limited number of private treatment rooms, advance reservations are recommended. Please contact us two days before your scheduled appointment for any changes or cancellations.

22 Cancellation Policy Guest will be charged 50% of the treatment fee for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and a 100% same day cancellation charge applies. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check in. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest. Valuables Please be aware that we do not assume liability for the loss of personal items so please leave personal items secured with the front office or lockers provided by the hotel.
