3 PADOR and the calls fr prpsals Since 2008, registratin in PADOR has becme bligatry bth fr - the applicants - their partners that apply fr calls fr prpsals. (in exceptinal cases, registratin in PADOR is nt cmpulsry and this is clearly explained in the guidelines f the calls) Registratin must be dne at the Cncept nte phase ( ID must appear n the cncept nte) bth fr - the applicants - their partners 3

10 What type f data d rganisatins prvide in PADOR? (1) Data: Administrative (LEF data: rganisatins that have already btained Eurpean grants- have «LEF 6» cdes - cannt mdify the LEF data already intrduced in the system. 11 What type f data d rganisatins prvide in PADOR? (2) At the Cncept nte phase, rganisatins must prvide, n the applicatin frm, the ID (PADOR cde). The ID is btained nly after cmplete registratin in PADOR. Therefre, rganisatin must register cmpletely in PADOR befre the Cncept nte dead-line. Data intrduced in PADOR is used: fr the eligibility check f the applicant/partners, during the evaluatin f the prpsal at the signature f the cntract, by ur DG Budget, wh takes int accunt the LEF data f the rganisatin whse prpsal was evaluated psitively 11

12 Wh registers in PADOR? Only rganisatin which are legal entities -i.e. have statuses establishing their existence and prduce their wn accuntingcan register! Individuals cannt register. Individual applicants will cntinue t fill in the entire applicatin frm, fr each applicatin. Cnsrtiums created fr a given prject cannt register (althugh its different members can) Partners register cmpulsrily, with less infrmatin t prvide than the applicants Assciates can register but nt bligatrily, with less infrmatin t prduce 12
