This is time the practitioner spends after the patient has left. Typically it results in or more typewritten pages of findings, referrals, concerns and considerations for adult patients and their unique needs. This is not the PROGRESS NOTES. This is not the letters the dentist sends on the patient s behalf to specialists. This is the time given to determining what treatment should be performed.
