The premium is to be applied to the Full or Restricted entrance fee in effect at the time of the application for Associate Golf membership and will be applied to the final entrance fee payment 4. Annual Fee is due in full upon receipt of the application and is non refundable once accepted 5. Restricted Golf applicants must be the spouse of a Full Golf member 6. Associate members enjoy all golf and social privileges of b or c members except no share will be issued until he/she converts to full membership 7. If the Associate Golf category is full when the application is received, the applicant will pay the premium portion of the annual fee in order to be added to the Associate Golf waiting list 8. Associate Golf members are not eligible for Waiting List golf

This will enable you to have a voting share. Sub-Corporate members are not obligated, and therefore do not have voting rights. 2. There must be a minimum number of Sub-Corporate members (2) up to (5) who will purchase a total of 20 green fees each year, and must be used within that year of purchase prior to expiry. 3. The 'corporation' will pay all fees associated with the corporate membership 4. The 'corporation' may place it's membership in a corporate holding category at any time for a fee 5. The 'corporation' may, from time to time, replace its Corporate Member, in which case, a transfer fee will apply. 6. The Sub-Corporate member must be an employee of the 'corporation'. 7. The 'corporation' can sell membership as an asset. 8. A 'corporate' golf membership includes a social corporate membership. 9. The Board of Directors must approve corporate memberships. 10. Will provide copy of Driver's License annually as proof of residence 3. Subject to Entrance fee if did not transfer from full Golf Category 4. Limited to 15 games per year during a given golf season 5. Eligible to play in the opening and closing field days, (men/ladies/mixed). These games are included in the 15 games 6. Will pay prize fund and other associated golf dues 7. No other golf tournaments, golf events, or reciprocal privileges allowed 8. May pre-book games, and will check in with the proshop prior to playing any round of golf 9. Allowed to bring a maximum of 3 guests per visit 10. Subject to assessment at the discretion of the Board of Directors 11. Allowed social privileges at any time 12. May play as a guest up to an additional 6 times per season 13. All Fees are subject to HST

PLAYING PRIVILEGES - CANNOT TEE OFF * Saturday, Sunday & Holidays until 2:00 pm * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm * Wednesday afternoons 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm *Monday and Friday afternoons 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm NOTE: JUNIORS UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A "B" OR "C" GOLF MEMBER UNTIL THEIR 12 TH BIRTHDAY

8 Social Membership fees Annual Annual Description Fee House Minimum Introductory Social (1st year only) None Social Golden Social None Corporate Social As a social member, you are entitled to the following privileges: 1. New Introductory Social Membership category includes an annual fee of $ with no minumum for the first year, provided that the applicant has not been a member for at least 2 years. After the first full year the regular membership fee will apply. 2. Access to the Golf Lounge - open year round-seasonal hours of operation. 3. Access to the Patio - seasonal hours of operation. 4. Social members are permitted access to the golf course, without the accompaniment of a golfing member twice in a season, with payment of fees, within time restrictions and subject to availability. 5. Social members will receive one free round of golf when accompanied by 2 guests paying regular green fees. The 4 th member of the group will be a shareholding member of the club. 6. Golden Social members must be at least 70 years of age and have been a member of the OG&CC for 25 consecutive years. Golf privilages are that of a Social member. 7. Corporate Social members will receive two free rounds of golf when accompanied by 2 guests each round paying regular green fees. The 4 th member of the group will be a shareholding member of the club. 8. Social members are subject to the same terms and conditions of any golf course guests in that they are limited to a maximum of six golfing rounds. This does not include member events. 9. Banquet and Board rooms are available to cater to all your private and business needs. 10. All special events throughout the year (I.e.) Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. All fees subject to HST
