11 Phase 2 Planning the Infrastructure in NHS Wales Request NHS Implementation Plans Consult on the development of HI content (need identified from gaps in HI catalogue, HI networks, Health Informatics Competency Profiles) Decide on a method of HI training delivery Collaborate with IHC to develop the requirement for an e shell to host HI materials 11
12 Phase 3 Planning the Building the Infrastructure in NHS Wales Provide funding to NHS Wales to embed HI into NHS structures (following approval of a business case and implementation plans) Commission the development of HI modules 12
