2 Welcome Helsingør Swimming Club, Denmark (Helsingør Svømmeklub) has the pleasure of welcoming you to Kronborg Open, rich in tradition. Details about the meet The venue of the meet is the competition pool of Helsingør: Helsingør Svømmehal, Borgmester P. Christensensvej 14, 3000 Helsingør. 50m pool with 8 lanes all equipped with electronic timing. Warm-up Friday: 15:00, Saturday and Sunday: 08:00. Commencement of meet Friday: 16:30, Saturday and Sunday: 09:30. Expected finish Friday: 20:30, Saturday and Sunday: 18:00. Helsingør Swimming Club reserves the right to limit the number of starts, in case it turns out that the meet cannot be completed within the time scheduled. Entry fee Entry fees: DKK 70 per individual start. Entry fees must be paid, upon entry, via transfer to the account of Helsingør Swimming Club: Registration no of the bank: 6301 Account no: Please note: You must affix: KO name of club to the payment. Applications Please send applications by in DO-DATA or Win-Grodan format. This also applies to clubs from abroad. Clubs which have entered in advance will be given first priority in case of too many starts. Entries must be received by Helsingør Swimming Club not later than Sunday, 5 February Helsingør Swimming Club reserves the right to refuse applications received after this date. After this date, entries of swimmers can only take place outside the competition and the cost of delayed entry is twice the amount of the entry fee, which is due immediately.

Entries without the notification of these officials in due time may be refused. Clubs from abroad are not required to provide officials.

5 Coaches and leaders Helsingør Swimming Club offers sandwiches for coaches and team leaders. Upon entry, please indicate the name (first- and surname) and send it to: Prizes There will be medals awarded to no 1, 2 and 3 in all events. There will be heat prizes in all events. Cash prizes will be shared by the 3 men and women in groups A/B and C who have achieved the highest amount of points in all events according to Fina s points table. It is calculated according to the total amount of points achieved in the best 50, 100, 200 and 400/800/1500 meters events. (the total of Fina points for three events).
