Introduction The objective of this document is to provide the information needed by market participants in order to engage in the structured scenario portion of the Many to Many Availability Calculations initiatives, thereby enabling them to pose questions and request additional details if necessary. For the scope of this initiative, please refer to the Many to Many Availability Calculations - External Business Requirements Specification at (link) 2. Structured Scenario Approach 2.1 High Level Overview These identified scenarios will be executed during the structured scenario portion of the Many to Many Availability Calculations market simulation. 2.2 Structured Scenarios Conditions and Setup The following additional setup will be used by the ISO during the scenario execution. 1. ISO will use June 30 th, 2014 Production TD as its base inputs for Market Simulation. 2. MP s will need to provide ISO resources for structures scenarios, limit 2 per SCID. 3. Create outages in OMS and follow the OMS outage submission timeline or scenarios on will not be successful Data for M2M availability calculation and Substitutions 1. Use October NQC 2. Select max of two RA resources from October supply plan for each availability calculation scenario 3. Create outages in OMS for selected RA resources 4. Select substitute resources from RAAM. The sub resources will be based of the October supply plan using the formula Non RA = NQC-RA. No limit on the number of substitute units. a. Follow DA and RT substitution timelines and for RT ensure the units are prequalified.
