1 3 Months Flexi Payment Plan With 0% Fee (Local Retail Transactions) Terms & Conditions Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (88103-W)

2 CAMPAIGN PERIOD 1. This 3 Months Flexi Payment Plan (FPP) With 0% Fee ( this Campaign ) is organised by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") and shall run from 1 September to 30 September 2016 (inclusive of both dates) or such other time periods as may be notified by ABMB ("the Campaign Period"). 2. ABMB reserves the right at any time with prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. ELIGIBILITY 3. This Campaign is open to all new and existing Alliance Bank Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardmembers ("Cardmembers) except the Business Platinum Credit Card ( the Card ) whose account(s) are valid, active and in good credit standing as may be determined by ABMB at its sole and absolute discretion. 4. Eligibility is automatic to the Cardmembers upon meeting all the requirements as set out by ABMB for the Campaign. Cardmembers required to contact ABMB s contact centre at to convert the retail transaction to FPP at 0%. 5. For avoidance of doubt: a) The benefits of all transactions made by the Cardmembers who are Supplementary holders of the Card in respect of this Campaign shall accrue to the respective Principal holders of the same provided that the respective accounts of the Principal holders thereof are valid, active and in good credit standing; b) Termination of the account in respect of the Card held by the Cardmembers who are Supplementary holders shall not by itself disqualify the Principal holders thereof from this Campaign. 6. The following persons shall however not be eligible for this Campaign: a) Cardmembers whose account(s) are terminated within the Programme Period; b) Cardmembers who are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of the Alliance Bank Cardmember Agreement ( Card Agreement ); c) Any accounts held with Alliance Bank that are deemed to be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted d) Person who are or become insane, deceased, insolvent or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them; e) Any other persons as the Bank may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion. 7. Only Cardmembers with good conduct of their Credit Card account are eligible to apply for the FPP. Cardmembers whose credit card accounts are in default or who in breach of the Bank Cardmember Agreement (hereinafter called the Card Agreement ) or whose credit card account balances are in excess of the limit are not eligible to apply for the FPP. 8. Cardmembers must meet the minimum acceptance criteria as determined by the Bank at the time when Cardmembers apply for FPP. The approval of the Cardmember s FPP application is subject to: a) The status of the Cardmember s account; b) The status of the transaction at the point of conversion; c) In any case, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. 9. FPP is made available to all Cardmembers with sufficient available credit limit for the execution of the FPP. 10. When applying to convert a purchase(s) to FPP, the Cardmember must inform the Bank of the details of the purchase(s) which the Cardmember intends to pay by instalments under the FPP before the transaction is statemented or billed. The Bank reserves the right to reject or approve the FPP application at its absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever to the Cardmember. 11. FPP is not available as cash and is not applicable to cash transactions, payment of instalments under other instalment payment schemes provided by the Bank or any other bank, payment of instalments under other programmes and settlement of any annual fee, outstanding balances or charges imposed by the Bank under and/or pursuant to the terms of the Card Agreement. CAMPAIGN CRITERIA 12. Cardmembers are required to spend a minimum amount of RM500 in a single transaction on local transaction to qualify for 3 Months FPP With 0% Fee during the Campaign Period. 13. Local retail transactions shall mean total retail purchases in, Ringgit Malaysia (RM) including online purchases shall be qualified for the Campaign and shall be calculated based on the ABMB s posted transaction records only.

3 14. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cardmembers are allowed to perform multiple Qualified FPPs within the Campaign Period. 15. Cardmembers will be eligible to convert the local spend into 3 Months FPP With 0% Fee ( Qualified Cardmembers ) upon ABMB s approval of the Qualified FPP(s). 16. The FPP Monthly Instalment is computed based on the following formula: FPP Monthly Instalment = Transaction Amount / Flexi Payment Plan Tenure 17. The FPP must be performed in accordance to the FPP Terms & Conditions. 18. Void transactions and transactions that have been reversed shall not be qualified for this Campaign. 19. ABMB reserves the right to cancel any one or more of such transactions posted under the account in respect of Card where: a) Payment under the Card has been due for thirty (30) days or more and/or; b) The account in respect of the Card is suspected to have been operated fraudulently and/or; c) The account in respect of the Card is closed or suspended by ABMB for whatever reasons 20. Upon Alliance Bank s approval of the Cardmember s application for the FPP, the credit limit of the Cardmember s Credit Card account will be reduced by the aggregate amount of the outstanding FPP Monthly Instalments due, including the FPP upfront handling fee charge. As each FPP Monthly Instalment is repaid by the Cardmember, the amount equivalent to the FPP Monthly Instalment so repaid shall be restored to the Cardmember s credit limit. 21. Cardmember is required to pay the monthly instalments via Alliance Bank Credit Card account for the purpose of servicing their monthly FPP Monthly Instalments. 22. The FPP Monthly Instalment shall be billed to the Cardmember on the date following Alliance Bank s approval of the FPP application and every month thereafter until full settlement of all the FPP Monthly Instalments. 23. Should the FPP Monthly Instalment be not paid in full after the payment due date, it will be subject to finance charges of 18% p.a. in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Card Agreement. 24. Cash Back will not be awarded for purchase(s) converted to FPP. GENERAL 25. By participating in this Campaign, the Cardmembers are deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions contained herein ( this Campaign s Terms ) and shall fully abide by all the decisions of the panel of judges appointed by ABMB. 26. Subject to Cardmembers consent, ABMB may disclose their particulars to any third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of this Campaign. 27. ABMB reserves the right to cancel the FPP conversion where there is any fraudulent, unauthorised or reversal of transactions. 28. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of transactions by VISA International Incorporated, Mastercard Worldwide or any merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party whosoever which may result in the Cardmembers being omitted from converting the transaction during the Campaign Period. 29. ABMB reserves the right at any time with prior notice to add, delete, suspend or vary this Campaign s Terms, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. 30. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against ABMB or for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers in respect thereof (whether direct or indirect). 31. ABMB shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by the Cardmembers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign.

5 TEMPOH KEMPEN 1. Kempen Pelan Pembayaran Fleksi (FPP) 3 Bulan Dengan Yuran 0% ( Kempen ini ) dianjurkan oleh Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") dan akan berlangsung dari 1 September hingga 30 September 2016 (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh) atau tempoh masa lain yang mungkin dimaklumkan oleh ABMB ("Tempoh Kempen"). 2. ABMB berhak pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal mengubah tempoh dan/atau tarikh mula dan/atau tarikh tamat Tempoh Kempen. KELAYAKAN 3. Kempen ini dibuka kepada semua Pemegang Kad Kredit Utama dan Tambahan Alliance Bank ("Pemegang Kad") kecuali Kad Kredit Platinum Perniagaan ( Kad ) dengan akaun yang sah, aktif dan kedudukan kredit yang baik sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh ABMB mengikut budi bicaranya. 4. Kelayakan adalah secara automatik untuk Pemegang kad apabila memenuhi semua syarat Kempen yang ditetapkan oleh ABMB. Pemegang kad perlu menghubungi pusat hubungan ABMB di talian untuk menukar transaksi runcit kepada FPP pada 0%. 5. Bagi mengelakkan kekeliruan: a) Manfaat semua transaksi yang dibuat oleh Pemegang Kad yang merupakan pemegang Kad Tambahan berhubung dengan Kempen ini akan terakru kepada pemegang Kad Utama yang berkaitan dengan syarat akaun pemegang kad Utama adalah sah, menanggung dan dalam kedudukan kredit yang baik. b) Penamatan akaun Kad yang dipegang oleh Pemegang Kad Tambahan tidak membatalkan penyertaan Pemegang Kad Utama dalam Kempen ini. 6. Individu berikut walau bagaimanapun tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini: a) Pemegang Kad dengan akaun yang ditamatkan semasa Tempoh Program; b) Pemegang Kad yang melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Perjanjian Pemegang Kad Alliance Bank ( Perjanjian Kad ); c) Sebarang akaun yang dimiliki dalam Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ( Bank ) yang dianggap delinkuen atau tidak dikendalikan dengan memuaskan mengikut budi bicara Bank; d) Individu yang tidak siuman atau menjadi tidak siuman, meninggal dunia, tak solven atau menghadapi sebarang bentuk prosiding undang-undang yang dikenakan terhadap mereka; e) Mana-mana individu lain yang Bank mengikut budi bicaranya membuat keputusan untuk mengecualikan mereka tanpa notis awal. 7. Hanya Pemegang Kad dengan akaun kad kredit yang berjalan dengan baik layak untuk memohon FPP. Pemegang Kad dengan akaun kad kredit yang default atau yang melanggar Perjanjian Pemegang Kad Bank (selepas ini dipanggil Perjanjian Kad ) atau baki akaun kad kredit yang melebihi had tidak layak untuk memohon FPP. 8. Pemegang Kad perlu memenuhi kriteria penerimaan minimum sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya pada masa apabila Pemegang Kad memohon FPP. Kelulusan permohonan FPP Pemegang Kad adalah tertakluk kepada: a) Status akaun Pemegang Kad; b) Status transaksi pada masa penukaran; c) Dalam mana-mana kes, mengikut budi bicara pihak Bank. 9. FPP disediakan kepada semua Pemegang Kad dengan had kredit yang mencukupi bagi pelaksanaan FPP. 10. Apabila memohon untuk menukar pembelian kepada FPP, Pemegang Kad hendaklah memaklumkan kepada Bank tentang butiran pembelian yang Pemegang Kad berhasrat untuk membayar secara ansuran di bawah FPP sebelum urus niaga itu dimasukkan dalam penyata atau bil. Bank berhak untuk menolak atau meluluskan permohonan FPP, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya tanpa memberi sebarang sebab kepada Pemegang Kad. 11. FPP tidak disediakan sebagai wang tunai dan tidak boleh digunakan untuk urus niaga tunai, bayaran ansuran di bawah skim pembayaran ansuran lain yang disediakan oleh Bank atau mana-mana bank atau institusi kewangan lain, bayaran ansuran di bawah program lain dan penyelesaian sebarang yuran tahunan lain, baki tertunggak atau caj yang dikenakan oleh Bank di bawah dan/atau menurut syarat-syarat Perjanjian Kad. KRITERIA KEMPEN 12. Pemegang Kad perlu membelanjakan amaun minimum RM500 dalam satu transaksi tempatan untuk melayakkan diri menyertai Pelan Pembayaran Fleksi ( FPP ) 3 bulan semasa Tempoh Kempen. 13. Semua transaksi runcit tempatan bermaksud pembelian runcit dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM) termasuk pembelian dalam talian adalah layak untuk Kempen ini dan hendaklah dikira berdasarkan rekod transaksi yang disiarkan oleh ABMB sahaja.

6 14. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, Pemegang Kad dibenarkan untuk melaksanakan berbilang FPP yang Layak dalam Tempoh Kempen. 15. Pemegang Kad layak untuk menukar perbelanjaan tempatan kepada FPP 3 bulan dengan 0% yuran pengendalian ( Pemegang Kad yang Layak ) apabila ABMB meluluskan FPP yang Layak. 16. Ansuran Bulanan FPP dikira berdasarkan formula berikut: Ansuran Bulanan FPP = Amaun Transaksi / Tempoh Pelan Pembayaran Fleksi 17. FPP perlu dilaksanakan menurut Terma dan Syarat FPP. 18. Transaksi yang tidak sah dan transaksi yang dibalikkan tidak layak untuk Kempen ini. 19. ABMB berhak untuk membatalkan mana-mana satu atau lebih daripada transaksi tersebut yang disiarkan di bawah akaun yang berkaitan dengan Kad di mana: a) Pembayaran di bawah Kad telah perlu dibuat sejak tiga puluh (30) hari atau lebih dan/atau; b) Akaun berkenaan dengan Kad disyaki telah dikendalikan secara penipuan dan/atau; c) Akaun berkenaan dengan Kad ditutup atau digantung oleh ABMB atas apa jua sebab. 25. Setelah Alliance Bank meluluskan permohonan FPP Pemegang Kad, had kredit akaun Kad Kredit Pemegang Kad akan dikurangkan mengikut amaun agregat tertunggak Ansuran Bulanan FPP yang perlu dibayar, termasuk caj bayaran pengendalian pendahuluan FPP. Dengan setiap Ansuran Bulanan FPP dibayar balik oleh Pemegang Kad, jumlah yang bersamaan dengan Ansuran Bulanan FPP yang dibayar hendaklah dikembalikan kepada had kredit Pemegang Kad. 26. Pemegang Kad perlu membayar ansuran bulanan melalui akaun Kad Kredit Alliance Bank bagi tujuan menjelaskan Ansuran Bulanan FPP Pemegang Kad. 27. Ansuran Bulanan FPP akan dibilkan kepada Pemegang Kad pada tarikh kelulusan permohonan FPP oleh Alliance Bank dan pada setiap bulan berikutnya sehingga penyelesaian penuh semua Ansuran Bulanan FPP. 28. Sekiranya Ansuran Bulanan FPP tidak dapat dibayar sepenuhnya selepas tarikh tamat tempoh, ia akan tertakluk kepada caj kewangan sebanyak 18% p.a. menurut Terma dan Syarat Perjanjian Kad. 29. Pulangan Tunai tidak akan diberikan untuk pembelian yang ditukar kepada FPP. AM 30. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad dianggap telah menerima dan bersetuju sepenuhnya untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung ( Terma Kempen ini ) dan hendaklah mematuhi sepenuhnya semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh panel hakim yang dilantik oleh ABMB. 31. Pemegang Kad dengan ini memberikan persetujuan dan kebenaran tanpa boleh ditarik balik kepada ABMB untuk mendedahkan butiran mereka kepada mana-mana pembekal perkhidmatan pihak ketiga yang diambil oleh ABMB bagi tujuan Kempen ini. 32. ABMB berhak membatalkan penukaran FPP sekiranya berlaku transaksi penipuan, tidak dibenarkan atau yang dibalikkan. 33. ABMB tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kegagalan atau kelewatan penghantaran bukti transaksi oleh VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide atau mana-mana saudagar, pihak berkuasa pos atau telekomunikasi atau mana-mana pihak lain yang boleh menyebabkan Pemegang Kad tidak dapat menukar transaksi semasa Tempoh Kempen. 34. ABMB mempunyai hak mutlak untuk menambah, memadam, menggantung atau mengubah Terma Kempen ini, secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya dengan notis awal. 35. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, sebarang pembatalan, penamatan, penggantungan atau pelanjutan Tempoh Kempen tidak melayakkan Pemegang Kad untuk sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap ABMB atau untuk mana-mana dan semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Pemegang Kad (sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung). 36. ABMB tidak bertanggungjawab dan tidak menerima sebarang liabiliti dalam apa jua bentuk dan apa jua yang timbul sebagaimana yang ditanggung atau dialami oleh Pemegang Kad akibat secara langsung atau tidak langsung daripada Kempen ini atau oleh mana-mana perkara lain yang berkaitan dengan Kempen ini.

8 CAMPAIGN PERIOD 1. The 3-month Flexi Payment Plan at 0% Fee (FPP) ( this Campaign ) is organised by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") and shall run from 13 June 2016 to 12 June 2017 (inclusive of both dates) or such other time periods as may be notified by ABMB from time to time ("the Campaign Period"). ELIGIBILITY 2. This Campaign is open to new and existing Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardmember(s) of ABMB Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Business, Platinum and Business Platinum, except Cardmember(s) of co-branded Platinum, corporate liability Business Platinum and Visa Infinite Business Card (the Card or as the case may be Cards ), whose accounts are valid, active and in good credit standing as may be determined by ABMB at its sole and absolute discretion ( the Eligible Cardmember(s) ). 3. Eligibility is automatic to the Cardmember upon meeting all the requirements as set out by ABMB for the Campaign. No pre-registration, short messaging service (SMS) or entry form is required. 4. The following persons shall however not be eligible to participate this Campaign: 4.1 Cardmember whose card or accounts are terminated within the Campaign Period; 4.2 Cardmember whose card or account is in delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted at ABMB s sole and absolute discretion. 9 CAMPAIGN CRITERIA 5. The Eligible Cardmember is entitled to convert transaction in a single receipt with minimum amount of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred or above (RM500) ( Qualified Transaction ) to a three (3) months Flexi Payment Plan ( FPP ) at 0% handling fee during the Campaign Period subject to the following: 5.1 The Qualified Transaction for this Campaign includes: Airlines ticket purchase with MCC 4511, MCC 3000 to MCC 3299 in Ringgit Malaysia transaction or foreign currency transaction, Overseas retail purchase in foreign currency transaction, Online purchases, in respect of Qualified Transactions in clause and clause Eligible Cardmember is allowed to convert multiple Qualified Transaction to FPP for Qualified Transactions throughout the Campaign Period. 5.3 Combinations of Qualified Transaction for conversion to FPP are not permitted. 5.4 For Qualified Transaction in foreign currency, the FPP will be based on the foreign currency amount converted to Ringgit Malaysia on the date transaction is posted into the Eligible Cardmember s Card account. 5.5 The Cardmember is required to convert Qualified Transaction before the transaction is posted in the credit card statement. The Bank reserves the right to reject the FPP application that does not meet the FPP Terms & Conditions and Campaign s Terms. 5.6 For avoidance of doubt, Qualified Transaction that has been converted to FPP will not be eligible for this Campaign. 6. The FPP Monthly Instalment is computed based on the following formula: FPP Monthly Instalment = Qualified Transaction / FPP tenure for this Campaign 7. The FPP must be performed in accordance with the FPP Terms & Conditions. The FPP Terms & Conditions must be read concurrently with this Campaign s Terms. 8. Void Qualified Transactions and Qualified Transactions that have been reversed shall not be eligible for this Campaign. 9. Eligible Cardmember shall contact ABMB Contact Centre at to convert Qualified Transaction to FPP. 10. ABMB reserves the right to cancel any one or more of such FPP posted to the Eligible Cardmember s Card account where: a. Payment for the Card account is overdue for thirty (30) days or more and/or; b. The account in respect of the Card is suspected to have been operated fraudulently and/or; c. The account in respect of the Card is closed or suspended by ABMB for whatever reasons. 11. In the event the Eligible Cardmember is terminated during the Campaign Period, the Eligible Cardmember as the case may be shall settle the outstanding sum of any FPP entered into by the Eligible Cardmember during the Campaign Period as stipulated in the last statement received by the Eligible Cardmember. 10 GENERAL 12. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember shall be deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by this Campaign Terms and Conditions ( this Campaign s Terms ). The Eligible Cardmember authorise ABMB to disclose their particulars to the third party service provided engaged by ABMB and agrees that their particulars shall not be used for any other purpose except for the purposes of this Campaign. 13. Any matters which are not covered in this Campaign s Terms shall be determined solely by ABMB at its absolute discretion. 14. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of transactions by VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide or any merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party whosoever which may result in the Cardmember being omitted from converting the Qualified Transaction during the Campaign Period. 15. ABMB reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to add, delete, suspend or vary this Campaign s Terms, (whether wholly or in part) by way of posting on the ABMB s website, or in any other manner ABMB deems suitable in order to give prior notice to its customers. 16. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Cardmember to any claims or compensations whatsoever against ABMB or for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Cardmember in respect thereof (whether direct or indirect). 17. ABMB shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by the Cardmember resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign.
