Weight control Today, 50% of all adult men, 33% of all women and 20% of all children are overweight or obese. A woman burns an average of 2000 kcal per day, a man 2600 kcal. Higher levels of physical activity burn more calories. To lose weight people either need to exercise more or eat less. Med Naturdiet får du i dig kcal per måltid, totalt kcal per dag (jämför mot kcal i förbrukning). Calorie intake > Consumption = Weight gain Calorie intake < Consumption = Weight loss Naturdiet contains protein, fiber and carbohydrates in the right proportion as well as all vitamins and minerals. By using Naturdiet you can lose weight safely and reliably; you know your body will be getting the nutrients it needs. 14
Weight loss program There are two types of weight control: VLCD complete diet replacement. Replaces all daily meals for up to three weeks. LCD meal replacement. Replaces one or more daily meals. Weight control using Naturdiet consists of one or more steps, depending on your weight loss goal. If you want to jump start your weight-loss and replace all daily meals, choose Quick start. If you feel you would be more comfortable replacing 1 2 meals a day with a replacement meal, choose Steady loss instead. Perhaps you have already reached your ideal weight and wish to retain it? If so, choose Stay fit. STEP 1 Quick start 3 weeks, only VLCD products. : 5 bags a day, 500 kcal : 4 shakes a day, 720 kcal STEP 2 Steady loss 4 weeks, replace certain meals with LCD or VLCD. : 1 bag, 100 kcal : 1, 180 kcal Mealbar: 1 Mealbar, 200 kcal : 1, 200 kcal STEP 3 Stay fit Replace occasional meals and snacks with LCD. Mealbar: 1 Mealbar, 200 kcal : 1, 200 kcal 15
is a powder that is mixed with cold water in a shaker. This product is a complete replacement diet, VLCD. Each bag contains 100 kcal and five bags per day cover the entire daily requirement for vitamins and minerals. (We recommend six bags per day for men.) We also added prebiotics and beta glucans to Plus. Prebiotics are fiber that provide nutrients to the good bacteria in the stomach and contribute to better GI health. Beta glucans are also fibers that have recently been shown to lower moderately elevated blood fats. The fibers in plus also contribute to healthy cholesterol levels. is used in step 1 for weight loss, Quick start, for up to 3 weeks. And also used in step 2, Steady loss, to replace certain meals. 25 portions 12 portions Chocolate Pineapple Pear Strawberry & Vanilla Chocolate Mint 10 portions 15 portions Blueberry Strawberry Caffe Latte Wildberry 16
is a ready-to-drink milk-based beverage, just shake, drink and get going., like, is a complete dietary replacement VLCD, suitable for both quick start and for steady weight loss. Each contains kcal and four per day provide complete nutrition for one day. Used in step 1 or step 2 for weight-loss Quick start and Steady loss. 330 ml/c p 12 c p/r p Nyhet! 17
The is based on yogurt and contains natural fruit juices for extra good taste. And it is loaded with antioxidants. The is an LCD product and contains 200 kcal per portion. In other words perfect as a meal replacement or as a healthy snack. 330 ml/c p 12 c p/r p New! 18
Mealbars At just kcal, a Mealbar still contains all the vitamins and minerals you have for a complete meal. However, the bars should not be eaten as a sole source of nutrients for lengthy periods. The new Plusbars contain extra fiber, which increases the sense of satiation. The fiber are carbohydrates that the body is unable to break down, so it simply passes through without adding extra calories. The bars are also rich in antioxidants. The Mealbar, like the, is an LCD product and is used in step 2 and step 3 for weight loss, Stay fit. 19
Naturdiet Free lactose-free news More than 1.3 million people (14% of the population) in Sweden are lactose intolerant and many more have a sensitive stomach.* We are therefore now launching Naturdiet Free, which is completely lactose-free.
