Duties: Manages the recruitment of new student, Ensure all EWC advertisement and media publications portray our brand in an interesting an inspiring manner, explore new markets marketing and increase awareness of EWC, updating of information fore publication, liaise with college stake holders, establish and develop community services-oriented programmes, develop a solicitation plan of sourcing funds and

5 donations from donors, Plan organise and manage exhibitions, and open days, intensify internal marketing, Willingness to travel, plan coordinate and manage college events. 4 X Information Technology Technicians SL 7 (Ref: EWC 31/2016, Ref: EWC 32/2016, Ref: EWC 33/2016, Ref: EWC 34/2016) Salary Notch R Requirements: Recognised National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent, 3 years relevant experience in Information technology OR Grade 12, A+, N+ coupled, MCSA/ MCSE, 5 years relevant experience, Good customer service skills and ITIL certification will be added as an advantage. Duties: Receive documents for payment, check for duplicate payments, check goods received and obtain signatures according to delegation of powers, Verify source documents, receive and distribute requisition for payment, oversee and delegate payment of accounts, forward checklist for financial clerk or payments clerk, monitor credit control list of monthly payments and other financial duties, review capturing of creditors of invoices on BMS, Confirm GL accounts before payments, reconciliation of all monthly creditors account. Duties: receive documents for payment, Check for authorisation on requisition for payment forms, check banking details supplied and verify the correctness on ACB system/banking details form, capture authorised

Occupational Health and Safety Officer SL 7 Ref: EWC 41/2016 Salary notch R Requirements: Recognised National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, 2-3 years relevant experience, valid driver s license, Computer Literacy will be added as an advantage. Duties: As per Paragraph 18 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993 including reviewing H&S measures, identifying hazards and potential incidents, examining causes of incidents, investigating complaints and conducting representations to the relevant persons, inspecting workplace, consulting and chair meetings and writing reports. Fleet Officer SL 7 Ref: EWC 44/2016 Salary notch R Requirements: Recognised National Diploma in Fleet Management or equivalent, 2-5 years relevant experience in the Fleet Management Field, Valid driver s license, computer literacy will be added as an advantage. Duties: Develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure that maintenance and cleaning of all vehicles are carried out satisfactory, Develop systems to ensure all relevant persons comply with EWC vehicle policy, Ensure that the vehicle signage is all in order and replaced when required, Conduct inspections of vehicles at all Campuses on a monthly base to identify any non-compliant matters, Vehicle Fleet Card management, vehicle licensing renewal planning and enforcement, Fleet Tracking records to be analysed and report to be provided to line manager of any irregular activities, Monthly report of the usage of all college vehicles such as kilometres travelled and costs involved, Developing of Vehicle replacement plans, Managing the fitment of new tracking devices and signage s for new procured vehicles, Ensuring that all insurance documentation is in place and forwarded to the insurance broker immediately after delivery of new vehicles, Handling of all vehicle incidents and accidents. Head of Admin SL 7 Ref: EWC 45/ Salary notch R Requirements: Recognised National Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent, 2-3 year s relevant experience will be added as an advantage, Computer literacy and ITS knowledge Duties: Administering and Control of creditors and debtors payments, Administer and control requisitions for payments and orders, Monitoring of all General Ledger Accounts for the campus, Assist with the preparation of the campus budget, capture on ITS, Capture orders on ITS, Checking and control of surety forms and payment of sureties by debtors, Checking and processing of applications for payments of approved indigent bursaries and correct allocation of fees.

8 Secretary in Principal s Office SL 6 Ref: EWC 46/2016 Salary notch R Requirements: Recognised National Diploma in office admin or equivalent, 2 to 3 years relevant experience, valid driver s licence. Duties: Managing office, Information Processing (memoranda, routine letters, , voice mail, internet and all meeting correspondence), collecting and dealing with mail as required, typing of proposals, programs, policies and any other relevant material, deal with invitations to seminars, typing relevant documents, arrangements, venue, etc., Follow up on seminars or conferences as required, dealing with travel arrangements, dealing with telephone enquiries and messages for executive managers, dealing with requisition and invoices for the executive management, filtering calls and visitors.
