2 CIMB Bank Berhad s estatement, Stop Paper Campaign Terms & Conditions Campaign Period 1. The estatement, Stop Paper Campaign ( Campaign ) is organized by CIMB Bank Berhad ( the Bank ) and will be held from 5th September 2012 to 30 th November 2012, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). 2. The Bank reserves the right upon giving adequate notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign. Eligibility 3. The Campaign is open to all CIMB Bank customers ( Eligible Customers ) who request to stop their paper statements by 30 th November 2012 subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. 4. The following individuals/ entities shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign: a. Sole-proprietorships, Partnerships, Charitable/Non-profit Organizations/ Societies, Corporate and Commercial Customers; and/or b. Permanent and/or contract employees of CIMB or CIMB Islamic (including its subsidiaries and/or related companies) and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children and parents); and/or c. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion agents and technology vendors) of CIMB or CIMB Islamic and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children and parents). Campaign Promotion 5. Under this Campaign, Eligible Customers are entitled to the 3 categories of Prizes to be given away as follows: 5.1 Gifts of Octo Soft Toy a) This promotion is only open to customers who have registered with CIMB Clicks and maintain a valid address in the Bank s records. b) The first 100 Eligible Customers ( Successful Participants ) who stop their paper statements via CIMB Clicks during the Campaign Period will receive an Octo Soft Toy ( Octo ). c) Each Successful Participant stopping their paper statement shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Octo throughout the Campaign Period. d) The Octo shall be sent to the address of the Successful Participant in the Bank s records within six (6) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period. 5.2 Draw Prizes Subject to the qualifying entry requirement and the terms and conditions stated herein, the Bank will give away Special Prizes and Grand Prizes as follows: Special Prizes a) Ninety (90) Winners will each win RM100 cash under this Campaign. b) The RM100 cash will be credited into the Winner's most recently opened account in the sole name of the Winner. If the Winner has more than one sole own account, the Bank shall at its own discretion choose the most recently opened and active account for crediting the cash prize Grand Prizes a) Ten (10) Winners will each win one (1) New ipad ( ipad ) under this Campaign.

3 b) The ipad shall be sent to the address of the Winner in the Bank s records six (6) working weeks after the end of the Campaign Period. Qualifying Entries for the Draw Prizes ( the Prizes ) 6. All Customers who stopped paper statement by 30 th November 2012 will earn one (1) qualifying entry each to the Draw which namely is the Grand Prize Draw and Special Price Draw. Winners Selection 7. The procedure for the selection of the Winners are as follows: a. Grand Prize Draw and Special Prize Draw 7.1 There will be one (1) Grand Prize Draw and thereafter followed by one (1) Special Prize Draw after the end of the Campaign Period. 7.2 Eligible Customers who fulfill the criteria stated in Clause 5 above will be shortlisted randomly after the Campaign Period by an automated selection system from the list of qualifying entries. Shortlisted Eligible Customers will be contacted by phone and will be required to answer one (1) question selected by the Bank. The first ten (10) Eligible Customer who answers the question correctly will win the Grand Prize and the subsequent ninety (90) Eligible Customers who answer the question correctly will each win one (1) Special Prize. 7.3 The shortlisted Eligible Customer who answers the question correctly shall become the winner for the respective Prize. Any shortlisted Eligible Customer, who fails to answer the question correctly, will not receive the Prize and the next shortlisted Eligible Customer will be called to answer the question. 7.4 The Bank will not be responsible for call disconnected during the question and answer sessions or the unavailability of short listed candidates at the appointed date and time and/or for any other reasons beyond its control. 7.5 The telephone calls to shortlisted Eligible Customer will be made according to the telephone number maintained in the Bank s records. It shall be the responsibility of the Eligible Customer to ensure that the phone numbers provided are current and updated with the Bank. General 8. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein and agreed that any decisions of the Bank and the judges in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including the Prizes to be given away and the determination of the Winners, is final, binding and conclusive. 9. The Bank reserves the right, upon giving adequate notice to substitute any of the Prizes with other item(s) of similar value. The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind. The Prizes under the Campaign do not include any accessories or items shown in any advertisements and/or promotional materials which are for photography purposes only. 10. All Winners of the Prizes will be notified by telephone and/or . The Winners hereby expressly consent to their names being posted on the Clicks website via for publicity purposes. 11. The Bank reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, shorten, discontinue, cancel or terminate this Campaign upon giving adequate notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any extension, modification, discontinuation, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of this Campaign shall not entitle any of the Eligible Customers to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any losses or

4 damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of extension, modification, discontinuation, cancellation, termination or suspension. 12. The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion upon giving adequate notice to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( the Amendment ) any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification to Eligible Customers in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at the Bank s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by ordinary mail to the Eligible Customers last known address or by posting a notice regarding the Amendment at each of the Bank s branches or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of the Bank s choice, or via the Bank s website and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customers as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by the Bank in the notification. 13. In no event shall the Bank be held liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Campaign. 14. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign in the event of any conflict in terms. 15. The Bank reserves the right to request the winners to attend and participate in any prize-giving ceremony and/or other related events organized by the Bank (if any), and if the winners fail to attend such ceremonies and/or events, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) of the winner and select another winner. 16. The Eligible Customer who participating in this Campaign hereby acknowledges and agree that the Bank reserves the right to publish or display their name, picture, and city of residence, photographs or other information for advertising and publicity purposes. 17. If there is any inconsistency (ies), conflict(s), ambiguity (ies) or discrepancy (ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned where request is made by the Eligible Customer for the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions herein, the Bank shall provide the same to the Eligible Customer and if the agreement is entered into on this basis, then the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 18. 5 CIMB Bank Berhad- Kempen epenyata, Penghentian Kertas Terma & Syarat Tempoh Kempen 1. epenyata, Penghentian Kertas ( Kempen ) dianjurkan oleh CIMB Bank Berhad ( Bank ) dan akan berlangsung dari 5 September 2012 hingga 30 November 2012, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk ( Tempoh Kempen ). 2. CIMB Bank berhak, selepas memberikan notis yang cukup, mengubah tempoh dan/atau tarikh mula dan/atau tarikh tamat Tempoh Kempen. Kelayakan 3. Kempen ini terbuka kepada pelanggan CIMB Bank ( Peserta yang Layak ), yang menghentikan penyata kertas mereka sehingga 30 November 2012, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang terkandung dalam dokumen ini. 4. Individu/entiti yang berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini: a. Pemilikan Tunggal, Perkongsian, Organisasi/Pertubuhan Amal/Bukan Untung, Pelanggan Korporat dan Komersil; dan/atau b. Pekerja tetap dan/atau kontrak Bank (termasuk subsidiarinya dan/atau syarikat yang berkaitan) dan/atau ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (iaitu suami isteri, anak dan ibu bapa); dan/atau c. Wakil dan/atau ejen (termasuk ejen pengiklanan & promosi dan pembekal teknologi) Bank dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (iaitu suami isteri, anak dan ibu bapa). Promosi Kempen 5. Bagi Kempen ini, Peserta yang Layak boleh menerima 3 kategori Hadiah yang akan diberikan seperti berikut: 5.1 Hadiah Patung Octo a) Promosi ini terbuka kepada pelanggan yang telah mendaftar dengan CIMB Clicks dan mengekalkan alamat e-mel yang sah di dalam rekod Bank. b) Hanya 100 Peserta-peserta Berkelayakan yang pertama ( Peserta-Peserta yang Berjaya ) yang menghentikan perkhidmatan penyata kertas melalui CIMB Clicks dalam Tempoh Kempen akan menerima hadiah patung Octo ( Octo ). c) Setiap seorang Peserta yang Berjaya menghentikan penyata kertas hanya layak menerima satu (1) Octo sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. d) Octo akan dihantarkan kepada alamat Peserta yang Berjaya yang ada di dalam rekod Bank dalam tempoh enam (6) minggu selepas Tempoh Kempen tamat. 5.2 Hadiah-hadiah Cabutan Bertuah Tertakluk kepada kelayakan masuk serta terma dan syarat yang terkandung dalam dokumen ini, pihak Bank akan memberikan Hadiah Istimewa dan Hadiah Utama seperti berikut: Hadiah Istimewa a) Sembilan puluh (90) orang Pemenang akan memenangi RM100 tunai setiap seorang dalam Kempen ini. b) Wang tunai RM100 akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Pemenang yang terkini di atas nama tunggal Pemenang. Jika Pemenang mempunyai lebih daripada satu akaun sendiri atas nama tunggal Pemenang, Bank akan di bawah budi bicaranya sendiri memilih akaun paling baru dibuka dan aktif untuk mengkreditkan hadiah wang tunai

6 5.2.2 Hadiah Utama a) Sepuluh (10) orang Pemenang akan memenangi satu (1) ipad Baharu ( ipad ) setiap seorang dalam Kempen ini. b) Hadiah ipad akan dihantarkan kepada alamat Pemenang yang ada di dalam rekod Bank enam (6) minggu selepas Tempoh Kempen tamat. Kelayakan Masuk untuk Hadiah-hadiah Cabutan Bertuah ( Hadiah ) 6. Semua peserta yang menghentikan penyata kertas sehingga 30 November 2012 akan menerima satu (1) kelayakan masuk untuk Cabutan yang dinamakan Cabutan Hadiah Utama dan Cabutan Hadiah Istimewa. Pemilihan Pemenang 7. Prosedur bagi pemilihan Pemenang adalah seperti yang berikut: a. Cabutan Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Istimewa 7.1 Terdapat satu (1) Cabutan Hadiah Utama dan diikuti dengan satu (1) Cabutan Hadiah Istimewa selepas Tempoh Kempen tamat. 7.2 Peserta yang Layak memenuhi kriteria yang dinyatakan dalam Fasal 5 di atas akan disenarai pendek secara rawak selepas Tempoh Kempen melalui sistem pemilihan automatik daripada senarai penyertaan yang layak. Peserta yang Layak yang disenarai-pendek akan dihubungi melalui telefon dan dikehendaki menjawab satu (1) soalan yang dipilih oleh Bank, di mana sepuluh (10) orang Peserta yang Layak yang pertama yang menjawab soalan dengan betul akan memenangi satu (1) Hadiah Utama setiap seorang; dan sembilan puluh (90) orang Peserta yang Layak yang berikutnya yang menjawab soalan dengan betul akan memenangi satu (1) Hadiah Istimewa setiap seorang. 7.3 Peserta yang Layak yang telah disenarai-pendekkan yang menjawab soalan dengan tepatnya akan memenangi Hadiah yang ditetapkan. Mana-mana peserta yang gagal menjawab soalan dengan tepat tidak akan menerima Hadiah dan Peserta yang Layak seterusnya akan dihubungi untuk menjawab soalan tersebut. 7.4 Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya panggilan terputus ketika sesi soal jawab atau peserta yang disenarai-pendekkan tidak dapat dihubungi pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan dan/atau atas sebab-sebab lain yang di luar kawalan Bank. 7.5 Peserta yang Layak akan dihubungi melalui nombor telefon yang ada di dalam rekod Bank. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab Peserta yang Layak untuk memastikan nombor telefon mereka terkini dan sudah dikemaskinikan dengan Bank. Maklumat Am 8. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, semua Peserta yang Layak dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma & Syarat ini, dan bersetuju bahawa apa-apa keputusan Bank dan juri berhubung dengan setiap aspek Kempen ini, termasuk Hadiah yang akan diberikan dan penentuan Pemenang adalah muktamad, mengikat dan tidak boleh dipertikaikan. 9. Bank berhak, selepas memberikan notis yang cukup, menggantikan apa-apa Hadiah dengan barang lain yang sama nilainya. Hadiah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau kredit daripada apa-apa jenis. Hadiah di bawah Kempen ini tidak termasuk apa-apa aksesori atau barang yang ditunjukkan dalam mana-mana iklan dan/atau bahan promosi yang digunakan untuk tujuan fotografi sahaja. 10. Semua Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan, Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Utama Istimewa akan diberitahu melalui telefon dan/atau e-mel. Pemenang dengan ini secara nyata membenarkan nama mereka dipaparkan di laman web Bank melalui untuk tujuan publisiti.

7 11. Bank berhak memanjangkan, mengubahsuai, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menangguhkan Kempen ini selepas memberikan notis yang cukup. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhan Kempen ini tidak melayakkan mana-mana Peserta yang Layak membuat apa-apa tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap Bank bagi apa-apa kerugian atau ganti rugi yang dialami atau yang ditanggung oleh Peserta yang Layak sebagai akibat langsung atau tidak langsung daripada tindakan pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhan itu. 12. Bank berhak, selepas memberikan notis yang cukup, mengubah (sama ada dengan menambah, menghapuskan, mengubah suai, meminda atau selainnya dengan walau dengan apa jua cara jua sekalipun) ( Pindaan ) mana-mana terma dan syarat dalam dokumen ini. Pemberitahuan kepada Peserta yang Layak berhubung dengan Pindaan hendaklah dilaksanakan mengikut budi bicara mutlak Bank melalui salah satu cara komunikasi yang berikut, iaitu melalui mel biasa ke alamat terakhir Peserta yang Layak yang diketahui atau dengan memaparkan notis berhubung dengan Pindaan itu di setiap cawangan Bank atau dengan mengadakan iklan berhubung dengan Pindaan itu dalam satu surat khabar pilihan Bank, atau melalui laman web Bank dan Pindaan itu hendaklah dianggap sebagai mengikat Peserta yang Layak bermula dari tarikh pemberitahuan Pindaan atau dari tarikh lain yang tertentu seperti yang dinyatakan oleh Bank dalam pemberitahuan itu. 13. Bank tidak akan bertanggungan terhadap apa-apa kerugian atau ganti rugi (termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada, kerugian pendapatan, keuntungan atau nama baik, langsung atau tidak langsung, sampingan, berbangkit, teladan, hukuman atau ganti rugi khas bagi mana-mana pihak termasuk pihak ketiga) yang timbul walau dengan apa jua cara sekalipun sama ada dalam kontrak, tort, kecuaian atau selainnya, berhubung dengan Kempen ini. 14. Terma dan Syarat ini, mengatasi mana-mana peruntukan atau representasi yang terkandung dalam mana-mana bahan promosi lain yang mengiklankn Kempen ini. 15. Bank berhak untuk meminta Pemenang Kempen hadir dan menyertai upacara penyampaian hadiah dan/atau acara lain yang berkaitan yang dianjurkan oleh Bank (jika ada) dan jika Pemenang gagal menghadiri upacara dan/atau acara tersebut, Bank berhak membatalkan Hadiah itu dan memilih Pemenang yang lain. 16. Peserta yang Layak yang menyertai Kempen dengan ini membenarkan pihak Bank untuk menerbitkan atau mempamerkan nama, gambar, dan Bandar kediaman, foto-foto atau lain-lain maklumat mereka untuk pengiklanan dan publisiti berkaitan dengan Kempen ini. 17. Jika terdapat apa-apa ketaktekalan, konflik, ketaksaan atau percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Malaysia dengan Bahasa Inggeris bagi Terma dan Syarat ini, maka Terma dan Syarat dalam versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai. Walau apa pun yang dinyatakan sebelum ini, iaitu apabila permintaan dibuat oleh Pelanggan yang Layak untuk mendapatkan terma dan syarat dalam dokumen ini dalam versi Bahasa Malaysia, Bank hendaklah memberikannya kepada Pelanggan yang Layak dan jika perjanjian diikat atas dasar ini, maka Terma dan Syarat dalam versi Bahasa Malaysia akan diguna pakai. 18.
