2 GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION Dates: Friday-Sunday, May 3-5, 2013 Location: Little Village, 26 th and Kostner, Chicago Hours: Friday, 6P-11P; Saturday 2P-11P; Sunday 2N-11P Attendance: 50,000 Demographics: 100% Latino families Admission: Free Components: Stage featuring local, regional and national music acts and celebrities Arts & crafts Carnival rides and kids activities Local restaurants; authentic Mexican cuisine Overview: A celebration of South-of-the-border culture that's enjoyed worldwide, Cinco de Mayo (or "5th of May") commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, This, and Mexican Independence Day (celebrated in September at the Little Village neighborhood's "Festival de La Villita"), are two of the biggest celebrations of Mexican culture in the Midwest. In the case of Cinco de Mayo, it has become a global festivity. This three-day festival (which is held in the Little Village neighborhood, to many is the heart of Chicago's Mexican community), is celebrating its fourth year in It will again feature plenty of live music, food, arts & crafts, activities for families and children and much more. Cinco de Mayo Festival celebrates (and targets) Hispanic families and community with a joyous flair. Media: Includes a heavy advertising schedule in Hispanic publications. Collateral materials including posters and fliers distributed community-wide. Sponsorship Opportunities - Reach Your Target Market (Custom packages are also available) Name in Title - Your company would be the most closely identified name with Cinco de Mayo Fest. Your company name and/or logo will be incorporated into the event name and included on all media and marketing. Your company name and/or logo will be placed in the 2 nd tier of all media and marketing. Your company could present the entire activity or selected elements/activities designed especially for younger attendees.

Sponsor levels range from $50,000 to $3,500 and carry a variety of benefits depending on the category level. Special Events Management can also work with you as a sponsor to develop a tailored program to further the exposure of your company s involvement, meet your marketing objectives, and highlight your partnership. 4 2013 TITLE SPONSORSHIP Commitment: $50,000 (limit 1 sponsor) As a 2013 Title Sponsor, Your Company will receive: Category Exclusivity: Title Sponsorship status excludes all other competitors from Title Sponsorship of Festival Cinco de Mayo and positions your company in the second tier position for this iconic Chicago event. First Tier Logo Placement: As the Title Sponsor, Your Company will have primary logo positioning in all event print advertising, TV, internet and collateral materials. Reads like: Your Company Festival Cinco de Mayo presented by the Little Village Chamber of Commerce Sponsor mention in event promotional commercials airing on the radio media partner station(s). 5 2013 PRESENTING SPONSORSHIP Commitment: $25,000 (limit 2 sponsors) As a 2013 Presenting Sponsor, Your Company will receive: Category Exclusivity: Title Sponsorship status excludes all other competitors from Presenting Sponsorship of Festival Cinco de Mayo and positions your company in the second tier position for this popular Hispanic event. SecondTier Logo Placement: As a Presenting Sponsor, Your Company will have primary logo positioning in all event print advertising, TV, internet and collateral materials.
