7 Terms and Conditions Please call one of our team on or to check availability and to make a provisional booking Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A per person deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one cheque is appreciated i.e. no individual cheques from all attendees) Full payment is required by 2nd November 2016 Food & wine pre-orders must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event All bookings are subject to availability The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. A table plan with food orders by table is required two weeks prior to the event If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions
