2 18 th WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 20 OFFICIAL INVITATION Dear Presidents, Dear sportfriends, Russian crossbow shooting union is pleased to invite you to participate in the 18 th World Field and Match Crossbow Championship Which will take place from August 19th till August 27th 20. In Ulan-Ude, In a picturesque place, near Lake Baikal. Venue/shooting range Central Stadium, Kirov st.1, Ulan-Ude city, Republic BURYATIYA, RUSSIA (in the same place at the same time can shoot: Field - 80 sportsmen, Match - 10 m - 40 sportsmen and m - sportsman). It Is located at 12 km from Ulan-Ude airport Accommodation Teams will be accommodated in three hotels within a 10-minute walk from the stadium. Reservations can be made through the event organizer or on the websites of hotels: Baykal-Plaza: Hotel Barguzin: Hotel Buryatiya: Average price is 50 per person incl. breakfast Competition The Equipment Control will be conducted according to the IAU Rules and Regulations using approved instruments. Medical support First aid will be in attendance at the competition venues. Doping Controls Doping controls will be conducted and will follow WADA rules. Accreditation Process All persons involved in the IAU World Championship must have accreditations that clearly identify the accreditation holder in order to use the local transportation and to enter the shooting range. Accreditations will be distributed by the Organizing Committee after payment of the entry fees. Inscriptions (Enclosed) Preliminary entry form must be sent before June 10 th 20. Final entry form must be sent before July 10 th 20. Transport Three air carriers make daily flights from Moscow to Ulan-Ude:

3 Return ticket average price is 520 Airlines charter flight Prague-Ulan-Ude at August 18 th, Ulan-Ude-Prague at August 27 th We calculate the flight ticket price on 20 year from Prague. We can organize flight from Frankfurt/Main. This is the maximum high price that can pay for charter flight. We will try to create the less price. Entry Fees World Championship man and woman: 100 per individual start World Championship Juniors (U23 s): 80 per individual start «Baykal Cup»: per individual start Banquet and Award ceremony: 25 Additional Fees Visa : 35 Meal expenses about 35 per person daily Crossbow importation Organizers will pay the specific tax for the crossbows importation.
