The meeting schedule is as follows: 1 st meeting: Friday, May 22, 7:30 pm 2 nd meeting: Saturday, May 23, 10:00 am 3 rd meeting: Saturday, May 23, 7:30 pm 4 th meeting: Lord s Day, May 24, 9:30 am 5 th meeting: Lord s Day, May 24, 7:30 pm 6 th meeting: Monday, May 25, 10:00 am All the meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch, in the Grand Ballroom and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. Please see the attached information regarding the details of the conference. 2 Information concerning the International Memorial Day Conference St. Louis, Missouri May 22 May 25, General: All conference meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch, Grand Ballroom, 315 Chestnut Street, St. Louis, Missouri Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries. 3. Lodging: Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch: Special group rate of $95.00 USD/per night plus tax (16.741%) for single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy. For room reservations, please call or and request the group rate for the Living Stream Ministry 2015 International Memorial Day Conference. To make online reservations at the special group rate, please go to: Reservations must be made on or before Friday, May 15, 2015 in order to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 3:00 PM or earlier if rooms are available and check-out is 12:00 PM on Monday, May 25, A late check-out of 2:00 PM is available upon request. Limited self-parking is also available at the regular rate of $23.00 USD per day with in/out privileges. There are also two parking garages located near the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch. Mansion House Garage: 330 N. Fourth Street, St. Louis, MO Parking at the Mansion House Garage is available for $5.00 USD per day on the weekend and $10.00 USD per day on weekdays, with no in/out privileges. Rate will increase to $20.00 USD on Monday, May 25, due to a special event in the downtown area. Garage does not accept credit cards, cash only upon exit. 3 4. Childcare: Care for children from kindergarten through 6 th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch. Please register all children attending the conference by filling out the attached Childcare Registration Form and returning it to Living Stream Ministry no later than May 1. La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, CA A Parents Room will be available with a live broadcast of the meetings at the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch. Those with pre-k children may choose to care for them in the guest rooms. In-house viewing of the meetings will be provided on guest room monitors. Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting. High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

4 Information concerning the International Memorial Day Conference Transportation Information From Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL): Hotel direction: 14 Miles SE Driving Directions: Head north on Air Flight Drive. Turn right onto the ramp to Terminal 2. Merge onto Lambert International Blvd. Take the ramp to I-70 E/St. Louis. Merge onto I-70 E. Take the Express Lanes exit on the left toward Downtown. Continue onto I-70 Express/Mark Twain Expy. Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 249D, follow signs for Broadway and merge onto N Broadway. Turn left onto Chestnut Street. Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch will be on the left. Taxi: Taxi service is available from the airport to the hotel. The estimated fare for taxi services is a flat rate of $40.00 USD one way. Metrolink: The Metrolink light rail train system connects Terminal 1 and 2 of Lambert St. Louis International Airport to the downtown area for $3.50 USD one way. Tickets can be purchased in the terminals and at each stop. The train runs every 30 minutes from 5:02 AM to 12:48 AM. Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch guests should take the Metrolink stop at 8 th and Pine Street (a five minute walk from the hotel). Travel time is approximately 30 minutes. A train schedule and further information can be found on the Metrolink website at: Shuttle: The GO Best Express Shuttle services the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch from the Lambert St. Louis International Airport between 6 AM and 11 PM daily in 15 minute intervals. Shuttles are available outside of these times with a reservation. Airport passenger service counters are located near the baggage carousels in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
