1 Welcome to the RFMA 2016 Annual Conference Mobile App! You re the Star & We re Putting on the Show Simply everything you need to know, at your fingertips! The Restaurant Facility Management Association s 2016 Annual Conference Mobile App is the best way to stay in touch with your fellow attendees, find exhibitors and be in the know about events right in the palm of your hand! How to Download and Log In to the RFMA 2016 mobile app Search and download the app Search RFMA 2016 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store For Blackberry, Windows & laptops users enter in your browser Note: When prompted, please ALLOW notifications from the app Access the app The app is password protected. After downloading the app, you will be prompted to log in. Please enter the you used to register for the conference as your username and enter rockstar2016 (case sensitive) as the password. Once you have logged into the app, you will not have to continue logging in. Update Your Profile - Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left of the screen, then click on your address at the top of the side menu. Tap Edit to upload a photo and add information to be displayed on your Attendee profile.

2 RFMA 2016 App Features: Customize My Schedule Agenda See the overall conference agenda here! Choose the date across the sliding bar near the top of the screen to check the schedule for each day. Each agenda session screen is filled with useful information including: session time room location with a selectable map speaker bio session description CEU credits available credit check in session evaluations PDFs of presentations. Select the notepad in the upper right of each session to take notes in the app. Collect your notes and them to yourself! My Schedule Design your own schedule by selecting My Schedule in the agenda sessions you want to be sure to attend! These favorited sessions will appear under the My Schedule button. You can also add your own appointments by selecting the pencil and paper icon on the My Schedule screen.

3 RFMA 2016 App Features: Connect with Attendees & Exhibitors Attendees Get to know your fellow Attendees! Select the envelope icon beside the Attendee in the Attendee list page to send them an Attendee-to-Attendee private message. It s a great way to network with fellow Attendees up to and during the event. Sponsors/Exhibitors See a full listing of Sponsors and Exhibitors, complete with information and a map of their location in the Exhibit Hall. Search, filter or sort Exhibitors by Sponsor Level, Name, Location, and Product Categories. You can also favorite a Sponsor or Exhibitor by selecting My Plan on their profile! Speakers Check out bios for Speakers and when they will be presenting. Contacts Attendees can create their own virtual business cards with their photo, logo and custom color choice. Once you have created your card, swap information with other Attendees by pressing the + icon which allows your device s camera to scan the QR code and import that Attendee s data. So easy! You can even import the cards you collect directly into your device s contacts. Sponsors/Exhibitors Speakers Contacts

4 RFMA 2016 Features Messages Here you will find messages from the RFMA team and your fellow RFMA 2016 attendees. You can send Attendee-to-Attendee messages by selecting the notepad in upper right, search for a name, type your private message, and send! RFMA TV Watch these short YouTube videos to learn more about RFMA. Tune in each morning to see RFMA Today daily recaps. Info Includes RFMA 2016 general information, hotel & transportation, RFMA staff and Board of Directors, and conference games and rules. Links Learn about local Nashville attractions and complete your overall RFMA 2016 survey with these useful links. Maps Need help getting to your next session? Check out maps of the meeting rooms, Exhibit Hall, and off-site locations so you will always be in the right place! My Credits Check in and track your continuing education credits (CEUs). You ll see the number of credits available on each agenda session screen. To receive credit, select the Check In button in the education session you are attending. Then go to the My Credits button to view your earned CEU credits. You can even yourself your CEU credit report! File Cabinet Want to store a session presentation to read later or print at home? For Apple device users, save it from the session screen to the File Cabinet by clicking on the icon! For Android devices, the presentation saves directly to your device downloads. Get Social with RFMA 2016 Posts Start a discussion with fellow Attendees by posting a question or comment on the Posts board. Photos Have a photo to share? Under Photos, upload it directly from your device by selecting the + leave a comment too! Twitter Follow #RFMA2016 and tweet about the conference directly from the app.
