3 Mr. Troy Griffiths Deputy Managing Director Savills Vietnam Topic: Overview of the Vietnamese Property Market Troy has in excess of 25 years property experience across all asset classes having previously practiced in Australia, NZ and the Asia Pacific region. He has a valuation background and specializes in strategic property consultancy particularly favoring development advisory. He has advised most major developers in public and private practice in Australia, varying from airport acquisitions and infrastructure development through to major long term urban renewal programs. Troy is responsible for all advisory services throughout Vietnam and the region including research, valuation and consulting. He has advised most major local and foreign investors in the Vietnamese property market. Mr. Matt Hildebrandt Economist JP Morgan Singapore Topic: The Macroeconomic of Vietnam: Current Situation and Future Prospect Mr. Hildebrandt serves as an economist in J.P. Morgan s Asia Economic Research group in Singapore. He is the lead economist for the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam, and covers emerging Asian economic issues more broadly as well as sovereign debt strategy. Before joining J.P. Morgan in May 2007, Mr. Hildebrandt served as an economic and financial market analyst in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York s Emerging Markets Group. Prior to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Mr. Hildebrandt worked in the International Affairs Department at the US Treasury and in the Economics Section of the US Embassy in Jakarta. He also served as a small business development advisor in Benin, West Africa, during his service in the Peace Corps. Mr. Hildebrandt has a BA degree in Economics and History from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Affairs (SAIS).

4 Ms. Trinh Kim Dung Senior Manager, Advisory Services Grant Thornton Vietnam Topic: Grant Thorton Private Equity Investment Survey - Q Dung joined Grant Thornton Vietnam in 2002 and has gained experience in various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture, consumer goods, etc. Prior to joining Grant Thornton she was working with a leading Japanese company in the household production field. Majoring in Finance, Dung graduated from the National University of Economics, Hanoi, Vietnam in She then obtained her Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia in She is a member of ACCA (UK), the VACPA and is a Certified Business value appraiser (MOF, Vietnam). Dung has nearly 10 years of professional experience in providing audit and advisory services for various multinational and domestic companies operating across various sectors in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Mr. David Kadarauch Managing Director SSI Investment Banking Topic: Stock Market Outlook David started his career as an investment analyst in London, and has subsequently spent the past 20 years as, variously, an analyst, head of research, and chief executive throughout six different emerging markets in Asia and Eastern Europe (Thailand, India, Korea, Poland, the Czech Republic, and now Vietnam). He previously worked at Jardine Fleming, ABN Amro, Wood & Co, and Mekong Securities. Many of his teams have garnered number one rankings and/or had the number one market share in their respective country. David moved to Vietnam in early He holds a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University.
