3 Workbook for Self-Discovery Now that you have read Sex and Sexuality, and in order to fully benefit from the materials presented I offer this Workbook for your own personal self-discovery. There is no greater journey in this lifetime than the inner one of knowing who you are. Even if you think you know who you are, when contemplated and explored new things are discovered upon each inquiry. Use these questions are for your own benefit. The answers are highly personal so only share the answers with those you are comfortable discussing intimate subjects with. You may decide to share them with no one. Or you may decide to share them with the author or another professional who is knowledgeable and can help you to sort out your questions and answers. It is important to be open and honest with yourself here, since this really is between you and Great Spirit/God/Universal Intelligence anyway. Skipping over these questions will not harm anyone and they are certainly not required, however this is an opportunity to know yourself better, and in the process not only improve your life, but the life of those you love. The oneness principle shows us that as we improve our own life the life of those around us improves. Are there any terms which upset you when you read them? Why do you think they upset you? Are there any terms you felt were left out and how do they apply to Love, Sex, Sexuality or Spirituality.

What gender roles do you find most comfortable? What physical sex, based on chromosomal make up, were you given at birth? Are you intersex? Why or Why not does this matter?

7 Ch. 3 Hormones What is a hormone? What is the main function of hormones? What are the female hormones? Do men have female hormones? Do women have male hormones? Name the male hormone. What is CHT (contra hormone therapy) used for? Are the effects of CHT permanent? If so, when?

8 Ch. 4 - The Rod and the Receptacle (Masculine and Feminine) Describe Masculine energy. Describe feminine energy. Why are they referred to as the rod and receptacle? How do these energies relate to a magnet? Why are these energies important? How can these energies be used in your life?

9 Ch. 5 - Sex Acts and Partners (Relationships) Which relationships in your life are most important to you? Why are these relationships so important? Has your view point on relationships, which ones are important, changed recently? Did you get the bigger picture of relationship presented in the book? If so, what is it?

10 Ch. 6 - My Gender Experience Reviewing your life in your mind, Did you ever question your gender? In what ways have you questioned your gender? Can you relate to my gender experience? If so, How? If not, Why?

11 Ch. 7 Which Love? How would you define Love? Have you experienced God s Love or Unconditional Love in this lifetime? Have you expressed God s Love or Unconditional Love in the lifetime? Write a poem to yourself, expressing your Divine Love.

12 Ch. 8 - Sex as Communication What is sexuality? What is the purpose of having a body? What is the purpose of sexuality? How is sexuality expressed to fulfill this purpose?

13 Ch. 9 - SecondLife Sex What is meant by SecondLife (SL) sex? How can this platform be used to know yourself better? Is SL real? Why or Why not? Can anyone be hurt in SL either physically or emotionally? What are some other computer tools similar to SL that can be used to know yourself better?

14 Ch A Journey of Discovery (conclusion) Who are you? Place this who in temporal and physical context. How do you view Sexuality now? What does this word mean to you, is it important? What does sex mean to you? Will you change your approach to sexual intimacy? Will you possibly enjoy sex more? Given the opportunity will you educate others to the purpose of sex? Do you have the courage to move beyond ego?
