We offer innovative and costeffective solutions to our customers, upholding a strong track record in the repair of tankers, containerships, dry cargo vessels, gas carriers and offshore support vessels. 5 Conversions We continue to win the trust and confidence of long-term customers as the preferred partner for conversion projects with safe and quick turnaround. An established brand name in conversions, we build on our core competencies to provide valueadded solutions for FPSOs operating worldwide. Tapping on our extensive network of yards, we are able to offer innovative and cost-effective fast-track conversions. With established technology centres and dedicated facilities, we provide a full suite of services for topside modules, including engineering, fabrication and integration. From being the first shipyard in Asia to convert a tanker to an FPSO in 98, we have advanced to completing the most number of FPSO/FSO/FSRU projects in the world ever since. 8 Operational excellence At Keppel, our goal is to create a zero-incident workplace and to ensure the well-being of our workforce. This is achieved through a strong and cohesive safety culture, shared by our employees, customers and subcontractors. High efficiency and productivity are hallmarks of the Keppel brand. We have in place initiatives to promote productivity through innovations, training programmes and infrastructural enhancements. In Singapore, our three yards in Tuas, Benoi and Gul are within close proximity of each other, enabling us to fully optimise our resources and yard facilities to offer greater flexibility to our customers. 9 Safety is both a measure of project success and a core value. We seek to strengthen leadership, create ownership, build partnerships and enhance our capabilities to instill a strong safety culture across the value chain. We instill a sense of ownership in our workforce, by influencing positive changes to mindsets, training and equipping personnel with the right skills, as well as enhancing our facilities. Our safety efforts are led by the top, with management conducting regular safety walkthroughs in the yard The Keppel Safety Training Centre helps equip our entire workforce, including subcontractors, with safety skills and knowledge Platforms such as the Workforce Safety Council and the Contractor HSE Watch Group enable our workers to play active roles in reviewing and improving safety and health at the workplace.
