2 Loyola Student Menus (All prices are quoted for Loyola students and student associations) Ordering Guidelines This guide is great for students who would like to pick up their catering order or arrange for drop off orders, but do not require setup or breakdown. Loyola Catering requests that orders are placed no later than 5 days in advance to ensure staffing and product availability. New catering orders placed without a 5-day notice are subject to availability. Even if the date of the event is only tentative, please give us a call so that we can place your event on the calendar Please contact the catering office by phone or to place an order A secure form of payment is required 48 hours in advance of your event When ordering please provide the drop off time and set up time of your event Pricing includes eco-friendly disposables Menu pricing does not include tax or a delivery fee Menu substitutions are not available in order to keep the menus affordable Student Groups are responsible for cleaning and disposing of drop off and pick up catering orders.
