COMMISSION POLICY: The following commissionable rates are applicable to this offer: 10% commission on standard net rates of meeting room rental, technical equipment (owned by the hotel), food and beverage 10% commission on standard net rates of accommodation minus breakfast cost (EUR 20,- per person per day) CANCELLATION POLICY (applicable for confirmed booking): 1. In the event of cancellation of reservation for room, the Client shall be released of costs according to the following principles:

6 - cancellation by. the Client shall have a right to cancel 100% of the order without incurring any costs; - cancellation between and. the number of ordered rooms may be reduced free of charge by max. 30%; - cancellation between and. the number of ordered rooms may be reduced free of charge by max. 15%; - in the event of cancellation after.. the Client shall be charged with the amount of 100% of the estimated cost of booked rooms minus permitted changes. 2. In the event of cancellation of an order for conference-ball rooms, technical equipment as well as menu and drinks, the Hotel shall charge the Client, according to the following rules: - cancellation by. the Client shall have a right to cancel 100% of the order without incurring any costs; - cancellation between and. the Client shall be charged with costs of cancellation at the rate of 50% of total costs of the event, as presented in the Agreement (cost estimate); - cancellation between and. the Client shall be charged with costs of cancellation at the rate of 65% of total costs of the event, as presented in the Agreement (cost estimate); - in the event of cancellation after.. the Client shall be charged with the amount of 100% of the estimated cost of the event minus permitted changes. DEPOSIT POLICY: 1. Payment for all services rendered under this Agreement according to the attached cost estimate is to be made by the Client. Any additional extras ordered by guests (mini bar, pay TV, Room Service, telephones, etc.) should be paid by individual guests in cash or credit card during check-out from the hotel. 2. The Client undertakes to pay all amounts unpaid by the guests and to cover all amounts due for unused rooms from the group of room agreed upon in the agreement (full stay charge). 3. The Client shall be obliged to pay the amount due for the services rendered under this Agreement according to the attached cost estimate, in the following manner: a/ 100% of costs estimated in the cost estimate by means of a prepayment payable by

7 The Hotel reserves the right to change the booked meeting spaces in the event of any change of the factual circumstances, including but not limited to, a reduction or increase of the number of delegates attending the event, a technical issue in the meeting room or for reasons of health and safety. If the room requirements increase to more than the agreed contracted room block, the hotel shall make every possible endeavor to provide rooms at the hotel but shall not be liable in case such additional rooms are not available. If the number of delegates increases to more than agreed contracted number, the hotel shall make every possible endeavor to arrange for additional space and services for the increased number of delegates, but the hotel will not be liable, if additional delegates cannot be accepted for the event. The exact number of delegates must be confirmed to the hotel at least three (3) working days prior to the event. If official government or local authorities imposed taxes and/or service charges mentioned in the offer would change prior to or during event, the agreed rates and other charges shall change accordingly and the revised rates and other charges shall be notified to the Company in writing by the Hotel.
