Scoring system is in accordance to BWF Level 4 rules and regulations. Age Eligibility: All players must be under 19 years old throughout the calendar year of the tournament, i.e. born on or after 1 st January The minimum age for all players shall be 14 years old. Entry Closing Date : 11 th August (Tuesday) 1. Member Associations are advised to log on to Maybank Malaysia International Youth U19 Badminton Championships at: DA91B1DE9F57 and submit the entries online. 2. You will require a username and password to submit your entries and this can be obtained from the BWF: please contact Mr. Shan Ramachandran at s.ramachandran@bwfbadminton.org. The online entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late entries will not be accepted. 3. No entry form is required by Member Association. All entries must be submitted online only. 4. After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Wednesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (second day after the entries closing day) hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. 5 Payment: Payment should be settled with hotel directly. Please refer to the Hotel Reservation Form for Booking and Payment conditions. No guarantee can be given with respect to late booking. 15. Visa Application: All players and officials, who require visa to enter Malaysia should submit passport details in the Visa Form to by 18 th August. Please complete all required information, otherwise we will not able to issue the official invitation letter (for visa application). 16. Transportation: Airport transfer will be provided from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA 2) to the official hotel upon request. The flight details must be filled up in the Flight Details Form and must be sent to or fax at not later than 25 th August. The host organizer will require sufficient time to co-ordinate airport pick-up and to schedule practice court at the tournament venue, so please send your flight details as early as possible. Late request (after the dateline) will not be entertained. Request for refund of taxi charges will not be entertained. Ground transportation to and from the venue will ONLY be provided to participants staying at the official hotel. 17. Practice Sessions: Practice session at the Tournament Venue will be arranged according to the teams arrival details and team size. Request for practice sessions in the Practice Hall must be made at the liaison centre in the official hotel upon arrival. The Practice Hall will only available for training two days prior to the tournament date. 18. Accreditation: ID passes will be arranged for participating players and team officials. 6 19. Insurance: Please ensure that your players & team officials are covered with the necessary insurance policy to meet the current requirements. 20. The Team Managers shall attend any briefings and meetings called by the Referee. 21.
