24 Concession: Implementation of the Project as a FULL BOT The Concessionaire: Field surveys, detailed project engineering studies and environmental ental impact assessment Construction of port protection works Dredging of the access channel and the port basins to the required ed depth (- ( 18 m); the dredging volume for the project phases is estimated at a t 60 millions m3 Full construction of quay walls Construction of container terminal and bulk carrier terminal platforms Supply and installation of handling and sundry equipment for the container terminal and the bulk carrier terminal Construction of a service quay and supply of equipment and maritime ime resources. The Licensor: Extramural work necessary for the project to run smoothly: linking of the Port to Highway AR1, linkage to the railway, supply of the project with electricity, potable water, communication systems, etc.
