5 Residency Program During the16 month period, students join the in-residence program in the U.S. twice and experience a week of in-residence in Korea. The programs provide EMBA students with unique learning opportunities for indentifying global business issues and recognizing the interrelationship between business and government policies, etc. Residency I (2 weeks) The first 2 weeks in Bloomington helps students to develop a global perspective that underpins the entire Indiana Kelley - SKK GSB Executive MBA Program. Residency II (2 weeks) The second 2 weeks in the U.S. provides first-hand knowledge of how to do business in a multinational environment. Residency III : Applied Business Project (1 Week) The third residency program in Korea gives students the opportunity to integrate all of their EMBA learning into real business solutions.
