1 STANDARD TARIFF DCT GDANSK CONTAINER OPERATIONS Tariff valid from January 1 st, 2014

2 Definitions I. DCT container terminal DCT Gdansk S.A. II. Public Holidays Christmas Eve: Dec. 24 th from 3 p.m., Dec. 25 th ; New Year s Eve: Dec. 31 st from 3 p.m., Jan. 1 st ; Easter: Easter Saturday from 3 p.m., Easter Sunday; May 3 rd, November 1 st, November 11 th. Other Public Holidays not mentioned above will be considered as Sundays. III. Tariff DCT Gdansk S.A. Standard Tariff. IV. In the Tariff 30, 45 containers will be accounted for as 40 containers. V. Out of gauge containers (OOG): all containers with oversized cargo, including containers which cannot be lifted by a standard ISO spreader. VI. Hazardous cargo in containers: IMO cargo in classes 1-5 subject to a surcharge of 100% to rates for loading or discharging of containers and cargo. VII. Unitised cargo palletized cargo, in big bags, slings or in packets (cargo in standard transport units, suitable to be handled by standard forklift up to 8 tonne capacity). VIII. Non-unitised cargo - boxes, cartons, barrels, bags, drums, bales, steal products, construction elements etc., i.e. cargo not formed in standard transport units. IX. Railway service manipulation fee - fee collected by DCT from the Principal arranging railway transport or ordering the railway platforms. General information I. The Tariff statements and rates are applicable within the range which is not contrary to the terms and rates of THC (Terminal Handling Charges) applied by the shipping line. II. Any rights and obligations under the Tariff shall, unless the Parties have agreed otherwise in writing, be governed by DCT Gdansk General Trading Terms and Conditions, and binding Procedures and Regulations of cooperation. Charges included in the Tariff are valid unless DCT and Principal have agreed otherwise clearly in writing. IV. DCT renders the services on the basis of the written or electronic orders, submitted in the format as prescribed by DCT. V. The Principal is the payer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payer for the services is the subject which figure in the terminal operating system at the moment of service rendering. VI. All charges detailed in the Tariff are net charges. VAT applicable on the day of invoice issue will be added to all charges. VII. Conversion of the charge into payment currency (PLN) is done at the mean rate of exchange set by the Polish National Bank valid for the day of the service completion. VIII. For services performed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays a relevant holiday surcharge will be applicable. IX. Cubic capacity is calculated by multiplying maximum length, width and height of cargo. Cargo gross tonnage is the basis for calculation. Cargo weighing less than 1000 kg will be counted as 1000 kg, weight of cargo exceeding 1000 kg will be rounded up to the nearest higher multiple of 100 kg. 14 Rate for scooters, motorbikes, quads, trailers and tractors. 15 For underslung cars or for cars in poor technical condition requiring usage of additional handling equipment a surcharge of 100% to above rates will be applied.
