Wengen is known for its unforgettable mountain scenery, especially the famous 4000 meter high mountain range that includes the stunning peaks of the Mönch, Jungfrau and Eiger. The interconnected Jungfrau ski region of Wengen, Grindelwald and Mürren consists of 45 ski lifts, cable cars and mountain railways serving 132 miles of perfectly groomed slopes and almost a mile of vertical drop. Skiers of all ability levels will be thrilled the wide range of slopes. Non-skiers will enjoy beautiful winter walking paths, numerous crosscountry trails, a curling rink and a skating rink. Wengen has special appeal because it is a car-free village. All guests and locals have to park their cars in Lauterbrunnen and take the scenic cog railway to the village, a 15-minute ride. In Wengen, we will be staying at the prestigious, 4-star Hotel Regina, built in Victorian style in 1894 and now an official Swiss Heritage Site. This lovely home away from home sits on a small hill overlooking the village, just 150 meters from the train station. The hotel features a restaurant, dining room for hotel guests, a bar, wine shop and beauty and wellness center with sauna, steam bath and exercise room. All guest rooms contain private bathroom with bath or shower, radio, TV, telephone and view of mountains, valley or village. Free WIFI is available throughout the hotel. Buffet breakfast and four-course dinner daily is included in the package price. The ski trip will kick off with a one-night stay in the 4-star Romantik Hotel Europe in Zürich. 02

4 LAND PACKAGE PRICING DETAILS Per person package prices shown on page 2 are based on the current exchange rate U.S. Dollar (USD) and the Swiss franc (CHF) USD 1.06 = CHF 1 (as of May 2, 2016). This exchange rate is not guaranteed and package price will fluctuate if the USD strengthens or weakens. Final package prices will be advised approximately one week before final payment due date, at which time the prices will be guaranteed. If you wait to pay the deposit and/or final payment until the due dates, the amounts due may be higher or lower, and your invoice will be adjusted. When you sign up for the trip with the tour operator, the payment options will be explained so you can make the choice that is best for you. You may pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Package prices are based on a minimum group size of 20 participants. Motor coach transfers are based on a minimum group size of 15 people. Should group size not reach these numbers, a surcharge may apply. There are no refunds for unused group transfers. Below are examples of how the package prices can fluctuate based on possible exchange rate changes. After this date, the hotel will not guarantee rooms that are not on deposit. FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due to Snow Tours no later than DECEMBER 7, CANCELLATION POLICY All payments are non-refundable unless refunds can be negotiated with hotels. Sometimes partial refunds can be negotiated, depending on the date of cancellation and the ability of the hotels to resell the rooms. AIR ARRANGEMENTS Snow Tours will be happy to assist you with your airfare needs. You are also welcome to obtain your own airline tickets. In order to coordinate transfers to Wengen on 21JAN and from the Zurich hotel to the airport on 28JAN, it is important that you inform Snow Tours of your air travel plans PRIOR to purchasing your ticket. LIFT PASSES Lift passes are NOT included in package prices. A 6-day ADULT Jungfrau pass (valid for entire ski region) costs CHF 346 (approx. $367). A 6-day SENIOR Jungfrau pass costs CHF 311 (approx. $330). Passes must be used on consecutive days. Passes of shorter duration are available.
