Ensure the constant monitoring of the cold chain: Genset clip-ons are crucial for the inland transport. Drivers monitor the reefer settings on a daily basis until arrival at destination. Track & Trace from start to end. Ten loading and unloading docks with outside platforms ensure food safety in an airtight environment. SOLUTION: Organize a meticulously-planned delivery: - Day 1: Delivery of the oysters from France s Atlantic coast to the SDV refrigerated warehouse in the Rungis food market on the outskirts of Paris. Then, the oysters leave the warehouse by lorry for Charles de Gaulle airport. They catch the first flight to Hong Kong. - Day 2: Delivery at the restaurant in Hong Kong. Ensure a constant traceability, constant monitoring of the cold chain between 5 C and 15 C as well as security of the food. Manage customs procedures. Coordinate all the related parties: distributor, airlines, trucking companies.
