2 LETTER SERVICE General information The transport enterprise Autobusos de Lleida, S.A., is the current concessionary of the public service of urban transport of Lleida city. From 1985 exist as a society and since 2002 is integrated into the Grup Sarbus, currently MOVENTIS. Since their foundation, the group has kept an on-going commitment of urban transport improvement offered to the citizens of Lleida. Through the Service letter, we intend to know to our customers our commitment about quality, the environment and security and health of our employees, and our desire to constantly improve. Pre booking seat Since all the current services provided by Autobusos de Lleida, S.A. are made in less than 50 km, covering all urban lines of this city, booking seat in advance isn t feasible. It will take into account the demand of users exceeds the supply offered. 2
3 Accessibility Currently all the buses are adapted for reduced mobility people. If it s required, disabled people can find mechanical or manual devices in order to access to buses. Customer care system Complains and suggests that our users send it to us will help to improve the services that we offered. In our website, the users has different kinds of channels through which they can manifest complains and suggests, or any kind of communication that you want to execute. The information given by Internet, has timetable, frequency, journey, possibility of transhipments, how to buy tickets and rates, among others aspects that will interest to users people. We have our own website at the address Also, we have information of real time by QR code and another app for a mobile phone, tablets and pc, called lleidabus with the whole information too. We have two offices for customer care where Autobusos de Lleida, S.A. make available to its customers complains and suggests sheets. 3
4 Punctuality In cases of considered unacceptable delays during the course of the journey of the lines and attributable to Autobusos de Lleida, S.A. this enterprise will give one ticket back with the same characteristics as the user has. Transport tickets available Different own tickets not included in the fare system, which are issued at the customer care office: T- Nostra: Scope of Lleida for early retirement or retired from 62 years with absolute incapacity or to be a non-contributory pension, registered in Lleida. It must be paid and supports 30 trips. T- Temps: Scope of Lleida of plus 65 years, registered in Lleida. It travels in a totally free. T- Jove: Scope of Lleida for people registered at the city and between ages 12 and free travels on weekdays and student price the other days. T- Estudiant: Scope of Lleida for persons between 16 and 25 years registered in Lleida and proving to be studying. Also of 4-25 years studying in the city credited but not registered in the city. On the Attention to Customers phone, as well as through our website, the users can be informed of current rates, types of payment allowed and conditions, with reference to the whole range of titles in a differentiates way. 4
