The company started in his home office Feb Mr. Michael Watt Currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer with more than 33 years of Maintenance Management and Logistics experience. Mr. Watt started his Military Career in the motor pool trenches and work his way up through high staff level positions, staying focused on his objectives, Soldiers, Maintenance Management and Logistical Support services to the War Fighter. Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Watt served in a variety of assignments. Served 26 loyal and dedicated years in the United States Army, and retired in 2003 as a Senior Maintenance Warrant Officer. Aug Present General Logistics, Provide Consultant Support Logistics Maintenance Management Support staff planning, management of maintenance programs, and the development of business rules in support of reengineering initiatives and policy revisions such as Maintenance requirements, processes of assuring command and control of supply, maintenance, ammunition activities IAW IMCOM, DOMs, DOSS CECOM and FLRC for the entire National Maintenance Program. May July 2009 Honeywell Technologies Provided consultant support in Maintenance Management and Logistics Management for the Army/Marine Logistics Interoperability Demonstration (AMLID). May 2007 Won the Closing of the Circle Award for alternative Fuel vehicles for the entire National Capital Region, for the United States Marine Corps. His award was presented by the Department of Energy Senior Executive Service Director on behalf of the President of the United States. Aug Jan 2008 Served as a GS13 Maintenance Logistics Transportation Subject Matter Expert in a variety of assignments Served as the Department Head of Transportation Operations throughout the National Capitol Region, Virginia as the Fleet Manager with duties and responsibilities of Household goods section, Motor pool operations with a fleet of 850 vehicles which consist of GSA contract vehicles and Garrison Mobile Fleet Marine Corps (GME) owned.

2 Aug July 2005 Served as a GS13 Assistant Inspector General. Subject Matter Expert in Maintenance Management and conducted assistant visits to ARMY Depots and Prepositioned Stocks (APS4) units outside of the United States. Assist inspected organizations/activities by providing information on how to improve operations and accomplish command objectives. Prepare and conduct briefings to senior management officials on inspection results/findings, conclusions and recommendations. Identify, document, and report root causes of problems and deficiencies. Recognize innovative methods of accomplishing Army Materiel Command (AMC) tasks, functions, and operations. Completed Lean Training Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI). June July 2003 Mr. Watt became the first Maintenance Warrant Officer on the 49 th Quartermaster Group Staff. He has been a valuable asset to the Group for the past 12 months. He served as the senior Maintenance Technician officer in charge of the S4 and for two Battalion s assets comprised over 78 million dollars worth of equipment. Apr May 1999 Served as a Senior Logistics Analyst, at the Army Material Command. Mr. Watt served as the principle advisor Observer Controller (O/C) Trainer for the FIRST U. S. ARMY Active Component (AC)-Reserve Component (RC) units. Ensured all assigned units were successfully escorted to the Mobilization Stations for processing requirements. Conducted and Completed Battle Staff Effectiveness Training, TAM Evaluations, Validated Unit Mobilization Training, Lanes Training and deployed to different training locations with units and conducted the right seat ride with other evaluators to become certified as a observer controller during units annual training (AT). Prepared all soldiers assigned in the different units to become MOSQ, IAW FORSCOM directives, by doing so unit commanders were able to maintain a readiness rate above 97% for successful deployments in the State of North Carolina. Mar 1994 Mar 1998 CW3 Watt was instrumental in deploying 7 units in the Group in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He ensured that all equipment was Fully Mission Capable. Prior to the deployment, he was able to maintain the entire equipment operational readiness rate at 98%. Mr. Watt became the fourteenth Maintenance Warrant Officer of the COSCOM General Staff on Aug 28, In this capacity, he served as the principal military Logistical and Maintenance advisor to the Commanding General and established several programs to support Commanders Readiness, example COSCOM Evaluation Assistance Team (CEAT) which provided assistance and instruction (A&I) to the Supply Support Activity (SSA) ensuring business processes were in accordance with (IAW) guidelines, policy & procedures, Maintenance Terrain Walk Program which provided the Commanding General a means of his internal control measures to increase the overall readiness capabilities for unit s deployments.

3 Prior to becoming the maintenance advisor, he served as the maintenance technician of the military police brigade and the military police battalion (Airborne) which won the Maintenance Excellence award Fort Bragg NC. Served as the Installation Maintenance/Logistics Advisor to the Base Commander, for Base Realignment for Closure (BRAC) at Fort Devens Massachusetts and ensured all M35A2 2/12 Ton Vehicles were turned into for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Transported all 10th Special Forces unit equipment to Fort Carson Colorado. Mr. Watt was born in Harlem New York City. his education and training includes completion of Code of Business Conduct Ethics Training, NSPS Training Course for Supervisors, Certificate of Training, TDY Travel Module, Supervisory Management Course, Certificate of Graduation, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Training, Certificate of Graduation, Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), Certificate of Graduation, Leadership Team Awareness Course, Certificate of Training, TDY Travel Module, Certificate of Training, Purchase Card Program Module, Certificate of Training, PCS Travel Module, Certificate of Training, Computer User Security Training, Certificate of Completion, Management Control Process Training (MCP), Office of The inspector General Certificate of Training, Certificate of Completion, Label 1 Awareness Training, Computer Troubleshooting Training, Mobility and Deployment Planning Officer, Unit Maintenance Technician Course, his military education includes completion of Warrant Officer Advance Course, Action Officer Development Course Defense Packing of Hazardous Materials Course, Observer Controller Course, Battalion Motor Officer Course, Air Deployment Course, and Unit Movement Officers Planning Course. Mr. Watt entered the Military in 1977 as a construction equipment repairman at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri as a private E-1. Commissioned as a warrant officer in the ordnance corps in 1993 through the warrant officer candidate school, and spent several years in a variety of company and staff positions in the continental United States, Germany and Hawaii. He served three tours in Germany, two tours at Fort Bragg North Carolina, two tours at Fort Carson Colorado, one tour at Fort Jackson South Carolina, one tour at Fort Belvoir VA, one tour at Fort Devens Massachusetts and one tour in Hawaii, and one tour at Fort Lee Virginia.

Mr. Watt also became a detachment Commander for the following two units FIRST U. S. ARMY 3 rd Battalion 189th Infantry Fort Bragg North Carolina, and 125th Aviation (Attack) Helicopter Battalion, Wheeler Army Airfield Hawaii. Prior to selection as a Warrant Officer, Mr. Watt served as the Engineers Battalion Maintenance Advisor a tour that included the Battalion six month deployment to Inserlick Turkey for operation Provide comfort. Following selection for Warrant Officer One in 1993, Chief Warrant Officer Watt served as the Installation Maintenance Advisor to the post commander for one year at Fort Devens Mr. Watt began a two-year assignment as the Brigade Maintenance Technician for the 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne), and the Military Police Battalion a tour that included the Brigade six month deployment to Haiti for Operation Uphold Democracy. Mr. Watt has Managed Transportation (TMP), Engineers and Ordnance Motor Pools over twenty years, which consist of Dispatching Procedures, Pre Dispatching Vehicle Inspection, Equipment Evacuation, Driver Training Programs, Set Kits and Outfits, Budgeting, Allied Trades, Administrations, Quality Control, Test Measurement Diagnoses (TMDE) Class IX Repair Parts Inventory, Requisitions and Readiness Reporting, Environmental and Safety Compliance. In 1995, he was promoted Chief Warrant Officer Two and was nominated to become the Fourteenth Corps Support Command Maintenance Advisor on the General Staff at Fort Bragg North Carolina.

5 Mr. Watt was selected for Promotion in Aug 1999 to Chief Warrant Officer Three. He was a first time selection for every promotion. During an EEO Inspection, Mr. Watt was the only Equal Opportunity Advisor in the entire 4 th Infantry Division, Fort Carson Colorado who established a Multi-Cultural Committee and Won an Army Commendation Medal for having the only Multi-Cultural Committee. Mr. Watt s awards and decorations include: Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, 3rd Army Achievement Medal, 6th Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Ribbon, Non Commission Officer Service Ribbon, South West Asia Service Ribbon, Humanitarian Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Army Service Ribbon. Mr. Watt motto is "Results Not Excuses" Struggle hard for what you believe in, and continually say to others, if your vision increase you're capacity will increase. His drive is to continually feed the hungry, help individuals in need to Achieving a Quality of Life, in an Unbalanced World, and making a difference in communities.
