Also the political events occurred during the actualization of Turkish revolution and process of the actualization of the new state is aimed to be introduced. In addition to that, another aim of this course is to teach students Ataturk s revolutions about policy and social life. Concepts, definitions, course methods, definition of sources, Industrial Revolution, French Revolution, Downfall of Ottoman Empire, (XIX. Cent.) The Rescript of Gulhane, Royal Edict Reform, First and Second Constitutional Monarchy, Turco-Italian War, Balkan Wars, 1 st World War, Mondros Armistice Agreement, Foundation of Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Domestic Rebellions, 1 st Inonu War, 2 nd Inonu War, Treaty of Lausanne, Abolishment of Reign. Outcomes 1) Learner will become familiar with the sources about Ataturk s principles. 2) comprehend the reform movements at Ottoman Empire.
