Accept referrals from Ealing SPOT (Street Population Outreach Team) Ealing DIP (Drug Intervention Project)Ealing councils Gateway service. Causeway Irish Housing Association Tel Young people aged 18-31, who have low support needs and are willing to live in shared housing. Can accept couples. Target 10% lesbians and gay men. No local connection required.accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Central and Cecil - Burlington House Single homeless people, or those at risk of becoming homeless aged who have medium support needs. Must have a LB Ealing connection. Only accept referrals from LB Ealing Single Homeless Unit, Ealing CAT Team and Metropolitan Support Trust via Ealing Gateway Services (details above). Centrepoint - Ealing Service Young single homeless people aged with medium support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Ealing. Referrals are only accepted via LB Ealing's Gateway Team for applicants aged and from LB Ealing's Access to Resources Team for those aged (phone ). George Doyley House Young single homeless African-Caribbean people aged who require low support. Priority to those with a LB Ealing connection.
4 Only accept agency referrals via Ealing Gateway (details above). Local agencies given priority. Do not accept self referrals. Applicants should initially contact Sanctuary Carr-Gomm to see if the local authority has 100% nomination rights in a specific borough. Write or phone (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). Innisfree Housing Association Tel Single vulnerable homeless Irish people with low support needs. Accept agency referrals via Ealing Gateway Services ( ) and Brent START Plus ( or 2571). Cyrenians Housing Tel Single homeless people with support needs, eg people with mental health or substance misuse problems, mothers and babies, care leavers, rough sleepers, young people at risk, refugees. Applicants must have a local connection to the borough where their referral agency is based. Accept referrals from nominated agencies located in boroughs where accommodation is based eg CMHTs, Social Services, LB Ealing Gateway Services, LB H&F PATHS Team. Do not accept self referrals. Sanctuary Carr-Gomm - North Tel Single homeless people with additional support needs, including mental or physical health problems, HIV/AIDS, ex-offenders, care leavers, refugees, a history of drug/alcohol misuse which is now under control. Local connection preferred. Some schemes may accept self referrals and referrals from other agencies. Can accept referrals direct from prison. Most schemes only accept referrals from local authority Supporting People Team or Homeless Persons Unit. St Christopher's Fellowship - North & West Tel Vulnerable young single homeless people aged 16-24, including care leavers and those with a range of low-medium support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to boroughs where properties are based (LBs Brent, Ealing or K&C). All referrals must go via single access routes operating in LBs Brent, Ealing and K&C. Most referrals to the single access routes are from agencies. Applicants can also self refer to the single access routes. Phone (Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm) to check vacancies and applicant's suitability. Waiting list West YMCA Homeless people aged with support needs such as mental health, drug or alcohol problems, learning difficulties or physical disabilities. Must have a local connection to LB Ealing. Students, working people, tourists not claiming benefits can self refer. All referrals via LB Ealing Gateway Services. Homeless applicants claiming benefits must be referred by LB Ealing HPU, Housing Advice Centre, Ealing CAT or Social Services. West YMCA - Ealing Common Hostel Tel Homeless people aged with lowmedium support needs. Only accept referrals from LB Ealing's HPU via LB Ealing's Gateway Services (phone
