7 Nadene of 03/2012 Original Action Prayer Calendar by Print all the pages on card stock 2. Cut out all the numbered pages 3. Cut out the front cover with Glue to front cover as one piece. Fold and glue together for extra strength. Do the same with the back covers. 4. Fold and glue the spine and attach the narrow folded piece to the front and the back covers. 5. Punch 2 holes in the top of all the pages 6. Insert 2 rings to complete your calendar
