3 2016 WORLD FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS TOUR CONDITIONS- BOSTON, MA TOUR RESERVATION FORM: Please complete the Silver Blade Tours reservation form and check off Yes or No if you would like to purchase Travelex trip insurance. Please sign, date, and mail to our address listed below. TOUR DEPOSIT CREDIT CARD AND CHECK PAYMENTS SCHEDULE: Initial deposit of $ by check is due at time of booking. Second payment by check for $ is due on Feb. 1, Third payment by check of $ is due on July 1, FINAL PAYMENT is due on November 1, Silver Blade Tours accepts MasterCard and Visa payments for 50% of the tour cost at the time of booking, and 50% on November 1, TOUR REFUNDS: A tour refund is available from September 12, 2014 to October 12, 2014 only for the Premium tour package. Platinum tickets are non-refundable. From October 13, 2014-April 4, 2016 there are NO REFUNDS for tour payments, reduction of hotel room nights, or tour cancellations. TOUR CHANGES: A written notice via or by letter to Silver Blade Tours, Inc. is REQUIRED for any tour changes and will incur a $50.00 per tour change, (STRICTLY ENFORCED). Tour packages (deposits and payments) are NON- TRANSFERRABLE from person to person or from tour package to tour package. TOUR PRICE: The tour price is subject to change if there are less than 40 tour participants for the Worlds tour package. The post world s tour price will be adjusted if there are less than 10 tour participants to Ireland. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Silver Blade Tours, Inc strongly recommends trip insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances, acts of war, medical and family emergencies. Trip cancellation and baggage insurance is available through Travelex Insurance. A Travelex insurance brochure will be sent to you by mail or upon request. Please mail the Travelex form directly to Travelex Insurance with your payment. If you wish to purchase your own trip insurance or will decline trip insurance, please notify Silver Blade Tours, Inc. ADDITIONAL HOTEL NIGHTS: Additional hotel nights including breakfast must be booked through Silver Blade Tours, Inc. Any additional nights must be requested in writing by or letter by OCTOBER 1, 2015 to be included in our tour room block. No verbal requests will be considered for additional nights. TOUR PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS: Tour packages do not include trip cancellation insurance, excess baggage fees, international departure fees, and expenses due to flight delays caused by strikes, bad weather, war, or other acts of God. Also not included are transfers from passenger s home, airport, and international departure taxes (where applicable), incidentals such as personal items, room service, beverages, food, liquor, laundry, hotel parking, and telephone, etc.) AIR TRAVEL/TRANSFERS: Tour participants are responsible for their own air travel and transfers from the airport to the hotel. Information on airport transfers will be included with your itinerary. ALL EVENT/SKATING SPECTACULAR TICKETS: Silver Blade Tours Inc. places their ticket request with the Local Organizing Committee s on section, row, and seat assignments months in advance of the competition. All event/ Skating Spectacular tickets are assigned by the Local Organizing Committees or Skating Federations. Section(s), row(s) and seat numbers are subject to change until after the ISU has finalized the seating manifest for the 2016 ISU World Championships which may occur no later than the 2 nd quarter of EVENT SCHEDULES & VENUE CHANGES: Event schedules are dictated by the Local Organizing Committee/Skating Federations and are subject to change. Silver Blade Tours Inc. will not be held responsible for any event schedule or venue changes. TOUR OPERATOR S RESPONSIBILTY Silver Blade Tours Inc. and/or its consultant s act only as agents for tour participants in all matters regarding the selling of hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation by way of bus, train, and airplane. It is not the airline s responsibility for any omission of events or schedules during the time passengers are in transit. Silver Blade Tours Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tours at their discretion within an acceptable time frame. In such instance, full refund of all payments minus an administrative fee will constitute full settlement to the passenger. The tour operator, Silver Blade Tours Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person/persons or property as a result of unforeseen circumstances, date or schedule changes, while you are on tour. Silver Blade Tours Inc. will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by such circumstances.
