2 Approval of Minutes Approve the minutes of the June 3, 2016, special meeting, June 23, 2016, regular meeting and the June 28, 2016, special Board of Education meetings Financial Report Approval of the June 2016 financial report, with expenditures totaling $529,100.42, is requested. Mutual fund balances at June 30, 2016 were $2,042, in Citizen s Bank and $136, in Star Ohio, earning an average annual yield of 0.52%. The balance in the Star Plus/Building Fund at June 30, 2016 was $291, Payment of Bills Approve payment of bills and any expenditures with then and now certificates, including those with amounts exceeding $3, ECO ESC Annual Services Contract Approval of the following school year services provided by East Central Ohio ESC for a total of $45, Gifted Coordinator Occupational Therapy Services Professional Development Consortium College and Career Path Cooperative Services Physical Therapy Services (Cost based on students requiring services.) Alternative School (Excess Costs only based upon district participation.) 2

5 Donation Accept a donation in the amount of $55,000 from Kinder Morgan to support the school s athletic programs and Leader in Me curriculum, a program designed to develop student s leadership and self empowerment skills Donation Accept a donation in the amount of $500 from Rodney and Lynn Decker on behalf of the Class of Donation Accept a donation in the amount of $50 from Daniel and Vanita Leggett on behalf of the Class of Donation Accept a donation in the amount of $100 from Kevin Trip on behalf of the Class of Donation Accept the donation of a used refrigerator for the band concession trailer from Jim and Kelly Monigold. X. Old Business XI. Other Business Executive Session A public Board of Education may hold an executive session only after a majority of the 5

6 quorum of the Board determines by a roll call vote to hold such a session and only at a regular or special (not an emergency) meeting for the sole purpose of the consideration of any of the following matters: X A.
