2 THE PROGRAM Through its partnerships with top professional soccer teams and national federations, generation adidas international offers a unique exposure to international coaching ideas and philosophies, styles of play, and tactical systems. This fully inclusive program is available to youth clubs and university teams and coaches, and offers valuable insight into the youth development approach of S.L BENFICA, one of Portugal s preeminent clubs. S.L BENFICA was founded in 1904 and is one of the Big Three clubs in Portugal that have never been relegated from the top division since its establishment in Benfica are nicknamed Águias meaning eagles, for the symbol on the top of their club crest, and Encarnados meaning reds for their shirt color. S.L BENFICA is considered the most successful Portuguese club in terms of domestic titles, and are the only team to have won all Portuguese competitions. They have won 34 Primeira Liga titles, 25 Taça de Portugal trophies, 6 Taça de Ligas, and 5 Supertaça Cândido de Oliviera trophies. They were also the first team to win the league with an undefeated season. S.L BENFICA have been playing their home matches at the Estádio da Luz with a capacity of 65,647. 3 THE PROGRAM The focus of our program is on developing dedicated players with strong mental, physical and technical skills, along with the ambition to match. This is done in a safe and fun environment. This program is designed for teams who want to develop their soccer potential and are i n t e r e s t e d i n p l a y i n g competitive friendly games against Italian teams.

Day 1: Day 2: Depart USA for Lisbon, Portugal Check into hotel to rest and relax after long flight. Light training session with your own coaches. Attend Primeira Liga match (optional and additional cost). Day 6: Day 7: Training session at BENFICA academy coach #4. Competitive match #2 vs. Portuguese top quality opponent. Recovery training session with your own coaches. Sightseeing in Lisbon: River Tagus, the monumental zone of Day 3: Training session at BENFICA Academy #1. Guided visit of Caixa Futebol Campus training comlex. Sightseeing Lisbon: Plaza del Rossio, Lisbon Cathedral La Sé, Castle of San Jorge Day 8: Belém and the Parque das Nações Youth academy training observation (TBC). Competitive match #3 vs. Portuguese top quality opponent. Day 4: Day 5: Training session at BENFICA Academy #2. Competitive match #1 vs. Portuguese top quality opponent. Training session at BENFICA Academy #3. Tour BENFICAS Estadio de Luz stadium, museum and megastore. Sightseeing Lisbon: Historic area of Alfama-Baixa, and cultural quarter of Chiado-Bairro alto Day 9: Day 10: Sightseeing in the historic city of SINTRA, UNESCO World Heritage Site. 9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE Cancellation of Landed Package: 30 days or less from departure: Customer is responsible for 100% of Landed Costs days from departure: Customer is responsible for 35% of Landed Costs More than 60 days from departure: Customer is responsible for 15% of Landed Costs Cancellation of Flight: All costs related to cancelled airfare booked through generation adidas international must be covered at time of cancellation. generation adidas international provides, in advance, deadline dates that allow for cancellation with no additional charges. Any cancellations after the provide deadline date are subject to cancellation fees up to the entire cost of the airline ticket. Statement OF LIABILITY: generation adidas international shall not be liable for (a) expenses such as additional hotel nights and meals not specified in the individual trip itineraries, but which may be required to get to or from a trip start or end; (b) expenses due to the delay of a trip for any reason (e.g. bad weather, airline delays, cancelations or strikes, acts of nature (volcano eruptions), sickness, or other contingency for which generation adidas international cannot make provision; (c) expenses incurred in recovering luggage lost by airlines, belongings left behind on a trip, or in shipping purchases or other goods home from abroad; (d) bodily injury or property damage for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, default, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war, or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, etc., over which generation adidas international has no control. The right is reserved to substitute both trip leaders and hotels from those listed in the program, as well as reverse the order of places to be visited and make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants.
