7 Fitbit One Fitbit One Tuned into other apps - To further track your health, you can export your Fitbit data to several popular fitness apps. Some of them including SparkPeople, Lose It!, MyFitnessPal, and MapMyFITNESS let you import their data into Fitbit s dashboard, so you can track and understand your health in either app. Tuned into Healthy Blue provide your Fitbit userid and password and Healthy Blue captures your steps and distance daily (no more manual recording yeah!) 7

8 Fitbit One: Syncing The One automatically continuously syncs your data to PCs, Macs, many ios devices and select Android phones (Samsung 4) All you need to do is sign up for your free account on Fitbit.com and register your device (which you can also do via select smartphones). After that, voilà. Your stats will sync on their own, giving you real-time access to all that outstanding data on your Fitbit dashboard. After collecting data, your Pebble wirelessly sends information through your ActiLink Personal Access Point (USB plugged into your personal computer). An easy-to-understand display instantly shows daily goal progress, sync status and battery life. The Pebble is waterproof. The Pebble is smart, and can detect the difference between walking/running and other activities. If the device detects the activity as walking/running, it will only appear in the steps log. If it detects activity of 10 minutes or more that is not running it will place it in the Cardio log. Within your Healthy Blue portal, all steps (walking/running) will go to the Steps Log.
