5 Bulletin no July 2013 Ref: Ferrari Racing Days - Hockenheim, round 5 / 30 August 1 September Total pages: 3 Dear Sirs, Please take note of the following information: Service Trucks Teams trucks and motorhomes will be allowed to access the circuit on: - Thursday from 9:00 to 20:00. For paddock allocation please refer to Corse Clienti staff only. Passes The passes (permanent, single event and car parking) will be distributed at the Ferrari Corse Clienti hospitality on: - Thursday from 14:00 to 18:00; and at the circuit Welcome Centre on: - Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00; - Sunday from 8:00 to 11:00. The Welcome Centre is located at the Information Pavillon, Ernst-Wilhelm-Sachs-Straße 2 (next to the local fire station and close to the circuit main entrance). 6 Hospitality Corse Clienti During the event the Corse Clienti Hospitality will be open from Friday to Sunday: - OPEN BAR AREA: from 8:00 to 18:00. - LUNCH AREA: from 12:00 to 15:00. Garages (Sachs Haus ground floor) The garages keys can be collected at the Sporting Office desk on: - Thursday from 8:30 to 19:30. Deposit: Garage fee per car: 100,00 (upon key s collection) 500,00 + tax (invoiced by Ferrari to the Teams after the event) The pit allocation plan will be distributed subsequently. The garages keys have to be returned to the Sporting Office before leaving the circuit. Transponders (2 nd floor of the Race Control Tower) The transponders can be collected at the Al Kamel Systems Timekeeping Office on: - Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00. The transponders have to be returned to Al Kamel Systems immediately after the end of Race 2. Liability Waivers and Administrative Checks (Sachs Haus ground floor) The liability waivers for the test sessions/free practices and the administrative checks will take place at the Sporting Office on: - Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Test fee (90 ) per car: 600,00 + tax (invoiced by Ferrari to the Teams after the event) Coaching is allowed during the Test sessions. Coaches have to sign the waiver as well. Two drivers teams are allowed to join both Test sessions.

7 Safety inside the garages - It's forbidden smoking and use of free flames. - It's forbidden the storage of inflammable materials which must be placed in open air. - Fire extinguishers and hydrants must be kept visible and working. - Access to escape doors and run off areas must be assured avoiding any obstruction. - Exhausted oils must be poured in the tanks placed in several points of the paddock. - In case of accidental pouring of inflammable liquids, oils or substances that can make the surfaces slippery, arrange for immediate removal and cleaning. Drivers and Team Managers Briefing (1 st floor of the Race Control Tower) The Briefings will be held in the Briefing Room on Friday: - Coppa Shell at 11:00; - Trofeo Pirelli at 13:00. I kindly ask all the drivers to bring their helmet at the briefing because our official photographers will take some shots of all the helmets for the Ferrari Yearbook. I remind you that the attendance to the briefing is mandatory. Sponsor Positioning I kindly remind you to carefully follow and respect the new sponsor positioning (appendix 1 of the Sporting and Technical Regulations). The official stickers and decals will be distributed at the Corse Clienti hospitality. After the end of the Free Practices the liveries of the cars will be officially checked and verified. 9 Bulletin no August 2013 Ref: 458 Challenge kit EVO Total pages: 1 Dear Sirs, I kindly inform you that this weekend, during the Round 5 of the European Series, scheduled in Hockenheim and on the occasion of the fifth round of Asia Pacific Series in Sepang, the 458 Challenge kit EVO will be disclosed to all drivers and teams of the Ferrari one-make series. This kit will be also unveiled during the North American Series round in Mosport in the weekend of the 8 th September. The aerodynamic kit, in use in all the Ferrari Challenge Series starting from the forthcoming season, will increase the downforce of the car while maintaining the excellent performances typical of the 458 Challenge. The kit, results from the experience with the 458 Italia GT2 and GT3 models, is in an advanced stage of development and additional details will be communicated in the upcoming weeks.
