What are you currently paying for monthly service? $ per month, however the scope of work in this RFP is significantly different than the current scope 3. How often is there an instant that requires a 30 min response? This is a new requirement therefore the information is unknown 4. Is most of the work done at night? The scope of services is estimated to require 50% of the work to be done at night 5. You have the 1st and 15th set aside for HMS Host. Does this mean we service each restaurant 2x s per month or is that 2 nights a month to complete a 1x per month service? HMH Host managed locations are to be serviced two (2) times per month 6. Do the nights worked to service HMS Host count as one of the 8 hour days that week or does the technician do the night service for the restaurants and also be at the airport for the 3 eight hour days? night service for the restaurants and three (3) eight hour days 7. Host - all sites to be serviced 2x per month on the 1st and 15th? To treat these areas properly more time may be required. Would be be able to add another one or two service days to accomplish this? Yes, CLT does not expect that all may be accomplished in one night. 8. During the walk through I noticed multiple fly light. Is the maintenance of these lights to be included? I would assume if additional lights needed to be added at some point we would be able to bill as needed. The fly light that you saw are owned by the current contractor and do not transfer into the new RFP. If this is an item that you consider necessary for the integrated Pest services to be effective include in your proposal as base services but not Supplemental Services they would be listed under the Host pricing 9. What is the required response time for emergency and non emergency calls? Please see page 20 #5 Response Time Notes from Pre-proposal meeting: Emergency Service call backs are mostly to treat rodents; stinging insects are exempt. Interior spaces only are to be treated as needed for moles, voles, and mosquitos. CLT will provide the CityWorks software program to the successful Proposers electronic devices. Treatment(s) for bedbugs may be requested and approved as supplemental services to be billed as described in the RFP (p. 19 Section C). Exterior work is to be performed on foot.

2 CLT will provide a vehicle escort to install bait stations as needed. There are approximately 30 bait stations currently installed throughout the properties. Of the minimum four SIDA badged company staff members assigned to CLT, all must be registered or certified and at least one (1) must be licensed or certified. Both retail and restaurant concession areas must be serviced at night. There are a few storage areas in the basement that may be serviced during the day. Company personnel must wear yellow safety vests at all times when on the tarmac See Appendix B below
