7 MICROSCOPE WORKSTATION Custom lean manufacturing workstation for microscope analysis process at gene sequencing company. Includes the following: Custom dual monitor holder to hold 2, 19 monitors on top of each other to make system more compact Manual door that comes down during Microscope process to reduce any light coming into the system Cleanroom compatible with built-in overhead HEPA filter system Modular system to allow for future product or line changes Overhead signal light tower to indicate the process that is running

8 ROLLING WORKSTATION Designed for a catheter manufacturing company. Customer required a unique workstation to hold electrical face panel while electronics were installed. This cart has a sturdy frame with shelving to accommodate tote boxes of parts. Mounted on wheels so it can be rolled easily from inventory building to assembly building. Design incorporated a rotational axis with 4 different locking pin positions at horizontal, 30, 45, vertical and 135 degrees Specifically designed, adjustable padded clamps were used to fix the panel in place Document mount was incorporated to hang drawings from with locking swivel to move into the vertical position when not needed A lower shelf was included to accommodate customer specified tote bins

9 SHIPPING & RECEIVING WORKSTATION This workstation was designed with the customers input by our Bosch Specialist to support the shipping/receiving department of a large aerospace organization. The articulating arm allows for a computer monitor to be positioned for documentation and the Patlite Signal Tower on top can signal, very visibly, whether there is an issue at that particular station, or if everything is running smoothly. These stations can be customized to suit any needs that are required in any organization.

14 CLEANROOM WORKSTATION These cleanroom workstations were custom designed for a medical device manufacturing company using Bosch materials. They were so pleased with our designs for their cleanroom facility on the West Coast that they decided to duplicate everything for their new facility overseas. They design specific small medical devices with a high volume demand, so increasing efficiency in production using ergonomic and lean principles was essential in our designs.
