12 REGISTRATION AND DUE DATES: 2013 Sponsorship Roll Out Monday, October 29 th Registration Opens via Noon Monday, December 3rd - Registration for sponsorships will be on a first come, first serve basis per industry - After first registration for each industry is received additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list Payment Due Date Tuesday, January 15 th - If payment is not received by 12noon on Tuesday, January 15 th the sponsorship will go to the next on the list for that industry - Your 2013 Membership Dues must also be paid on or before this date - Partners on the waiting list will be given 15 days from notification to have the payment in the BOMA Office. If they do not get the payment to the BOMA Office before that deadline the sponsorship will go to the next sponsor for that industry on the waiting list Effective Date Tuesday, January 1 st - At the January Membership Luncheon (Wednesday, January 16 th ) all Sponsors will be acknowledged and invited to stay after the luncheon to get more information about deadlines for individual event registrations that are included in your sponsorships and website content
