3 Infection Control GETINGE Height Adjustable Prep and Pack Workstation 3 DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE, SAFETY AND DURABILITY Sterile processing departments are continually challenged to support the increasing demands of surgical services departments with minimal resources. The only way to do this is to become more efficient. The prep and pack area is often the biggest bottleneck in the sterile supplies production process due to the manual labor involved in sorting, inspecting, and preparing instruments for sterilization. The Getinge Height Adjustable Prep and Pack Workstation provides the flexibility you need to reduce workplace injuries while improving workflow and maximizing efficiency. The workstation s fully modular design and wide range of available accessories allow it to be easily configured to provide both a large work surface and a storage area for the supporting supplies. The unit is designed to be used as both a prep-pack and instrument management workstation. Features to Match Your Needs Choice of motorized or manual operation motorized table is controlled by a low voltage, linear actuator system that provides synchronized leg movement and stress-free operation. The manual table features a reliable, mechanical, hand-crank gear system that makes it easy for users to precisely adjust the height of the work surface. Adjustable-height work surface allows optimum ergonomic positioning between 28.6" and 44.1" from the finished floor. Preset height positions three positions can be preset to store individual worker preferences. Choice of work surface available in either a stainless steel work surface for excellent durability; or a plastic, laminate, glare-free work surface to reduce eye strain. Integrated casters with lockable wheels allows table to be easily moved for regular cleanings. High load capacity 1,000 lb for motorized units; 500 lb for hand-crank units. Choice of three table lengths 48", 60" and 72". Choice of two table depths 30" or 36"

Workstation Accessory Kit The workstation package is intended to convert a flat table into a workstation that offers improved lighting, a modular accessory wall and support for electrical equipment. The kit includes: Rear Support Frame Overhead Light Horizontal Power Strip Prep and Pack Accessory Kit These accessories help clear the table surface of traditional packing supplies while maintaining a supply within reach for an efficient, organized, instrument preparation process.
