2 Robots Mandatory: Robot, positioner and safety equipment MOTOMAN Arcsystem The MOTOMAN Arcsystem consists of one or two robots and a positioner plus necessary safety equipment. In addition to this, it is possible to add more equipment from our wide range of predefined options and accessories. When built on a platform, the Arcsystem is easy to move and relocate somewhere else on the factory floor with a forklift truck or a crane. The holes for the forklift and the lifting eye bolts are already in place and easy to use. 2

4 Easy access The operator has easy access to the interior of the cell through one or two interlocked service doors, or sliding doors. An automatic sliding door between two stations means additional safety for human operators. 5 Space saving roller doors The platform based arc welding systems with high speed automatic roller doors means increased safety and reduced cycle times. Less floor space is needed, and the operator has easy access to the fixtures when loading/unloading. Space saving design with platform and roller doors Simply lift, move and install The Arcsystem on a platform is easy to move and install without reprogramming. Lifting eye bolts for the crane and sockets for the fork lift truck are already in the right place for a safe and easy lift. Easy to operate An optional operator panel makes it possible start and stop robot jobs or control the fixtures when loading or unloading. Many more functions can be added to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the welding cell. Available with a touch screen size of either 7 or 11. 5
