STEP 5: Parent conference with Family Services Director, Counselors and Child. AFTER 3 WRITE UPS: A conference will be held between the Family Services Director, Counselors, Parents and Child. AFTER 5 WRITE UPS: The child may be suspended for up to a week or face expulsion from the YMCA After School Program at the Family Services Director s discretion. Some behaviors may result in immediate suspension or expulsion from the program, these may include fighting, causing bodily harm or mental distress to other children and the use of inappropriate language. The Ragsdale Family YMCA After School program ENDS each day at 6:00pm. After 6:00pm the YMCA allows parents a 5-minute grace period to pick-up their children before late fees begin to accrue.
