1 Taking Inspired Action Now that you have learned how to use Deliberate Creation Instant Self-Hypnosis to change or attract anything you would like in your life, does this mean you sit back, become a couch potato and let life come to you? No!! You still have to engage life! You have to take what I like to call Inspired Action. Let s talk about taking action for a moment. Most people have the misconception that you get what you want in life by the actions you take by what you DO - that the DOING (the action part) is what makes things happen. This is false. In fact, if you analyze it, most people s actions are spent trying to compensate for inappropriate subconscious creating. What do I mean by that? We have been programmed to believe that in order to have what we want we must work hard and we must struggle. This is a core belief of most people. How many times have you heard No pain, no gain? The implication is that if you want to be successful at anything, you must work hard. The message is clear if you are not suffering or struggling, you re not making progress. 1 Dr. Robert Anthony, 2009

2 But here is the truth - anytime you are suffering or struggling, you are mis-creating! Anytime you struggle or feel pain, you are attracting what you don t want, rather than what you do want. Many cultures, especially Western society, teach that in order to succeed, we must work hard. This leads to an ingrained distrust of things that come too easily. In fact, we even build monuments to those who struggle. The more they struggle the bigger the monument. If someone struggles and overcomes obstacles we reward them. If they really struggle they can even get booked on talk shows and tell their story of how they overcame overwhelming odds. We admire them and think that they are special people. But the fact is - struggling and overcoming odds and hard work is not normal. We just have made it normal. Do you think they could get booked on a talk show if they used the power of their mind and said, I just went to my Essential Silent Partner, gave it instructions, stepped back and it helped me to accomplish this easily and effortlessly. No willpower, no struggle? People would distrust them and even resent them because it is not normal to achieve or overcome anything without struggle and hard work. It may not be normal but it is natural. The truth is that if we apply the principles of deliberate, conscious creation; manage our thoughts and feelings; trust our ESP and allow the things we desire to come to us instead of chasing after them; we could end the struggle and still have everything we want. 2 Dr. Robert Anthony, 2009

3 Notice if you have an immediate distrust of that statement. If you are struggling then your conscious mind will resist this concept because struggle is a core belief of our society. We tend not to value what comes easily. But as you have learned, there is another way to create the things we desire in an easy struggle free manner. Why do we try to force things to happen when we don t have to? One of the primary reasons is that a lot of us come from families who have had to struggle to succeed or survive. We have been programmed since childhood that struggle is normal and that s the way life works. So we expect to struggle and work hard to get what we want. Another reason the "work hard notion seems logical is because we all know people who have worked hard to achieve success and we attribute their success to their hard work. On the surface this makes sense until you realize that there are two ways to succeed at anything - the hard way or the easy way. Now, I am not saying that taking action is not important or necessary. Once you ask your Essential Silent Partner to work on bringing your intention to you, you then have to take appropriate action at the right time. But most of our actions are spent putting out brush fires that we have created along the way, so we end up taking action over and over again in order to correct our mistakes. What we don t understand is that if we trust our ESP, we don t have to DO nearly as much to get the same results. In fact, most of our actions would be only a small percentage of what they are now. Things would flow more easily and without effort. The actions we do take would be more effective, with less strain and effort. 3 Dr. Robert Anthony, 2009

4 Here is the secret. You can reduce your need for action to a minimum by asking your ESP to help you. Then allow yourself to focus on what you desire until you feel the positive energy begin to move within you. This is how your ESP gives you a signal that it is time to take action. Trust me, if you will do this, you will KNOW when it is time to take action. And when you do, it will be effortless. Doors will open and the entire universe will conspire to assist you in your desire. Simply put, you should take no action on anything until you feel the positive energy begin to move within you so that your next action, or the next step - whatever it is, is not out of fear, doubt or worry. Whatever action step you take feels right. There is no stress, strain or struggle. The point I am trying to make is that most of the actions people take are not in harmony with their true desires. Most people act out of doubt, fear, and worry. They are using action to compensate for inappropriate creating. However, when you trust your ESP, you will see that it will provide a different set of circumstances for you that require much less action. It makes life so much easier and a lot more fun! So taking action is absolutely necessary, but what you want to do is make sure it is conscious inspired action. How do you know that? Because you will be inspired to do something, maybe contact someone, read a book, go somewhere, or call someone. There will be no fear, doubt or worry behind your action. 5 The next logical step is always the one that feels right. By right you just move forward and take action without any fear, doubt or worry because your ESP has inspired you to do so. Sometimes doing nothing is the best action to take and sometimes you will need to move quickly, but it will always be the right action to take because it is conscious, inspired action that is initiated by your ESP. Trust it and you will always be in the right place, taking the right action at the right time. No willpower, no forcing and no unpleasantness required. It doesn t get any better than that!
